Kitchen is filled with sunshine each morning and views the entire Santa Monica Bay. It contains a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, three ovens, two coffee makers (Keurig and regular), electric cooking equipment, dishes, glassware and utensils for 12.
A large dinning room, adjacent to the kitchen has three sets of French doors that open to
a private deck a magnificent view of the ocean and the sound of crashing waves. A barbeque on the corner of the dinning room deck completes an indoor/outdoor dining experience you will never forget.

Distance from the property to the beach: A bridge at the end of the street provides immediate access to a beach with a lifegard and one of the most famos resturants in the City, Gladstones.
Important detail regarding "Outdoor Features": There are four beautifully tiled fountains located throughout the property. There are patios and two large decks, all of which have seating and a view the ocean. There is a magnificent patio that is accessed from the stairs between the first and second level with beautiful fountains seating and wood burning fireplace. The deck off of the Master Bedroom runs the length of the Master Bedroom (24 feet) and has a table and seating that is perfect for alfresco dining for two.
