Just Listed! This completely remodeled private home sits on the 5th fairway of The Legends Golf Course, one of two challenging championship courses at the Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort. The owners thought of everything when modernizing this free standing mid-century home to create the perfect Palm Springs vacation escape. Hole in One - is like a resort within a resort - offering you ultra interior and exterior spaces, awe-inspiring fairway and mountain views, high-end designer furnishings, hotel-quality beds, fresh, hip and vibrant art along with plenty of space for your entire group to spread out, relax and enjoy.
This sprawling California-style home features a new modern kitchen and sleek baths, a fabulous open concept layout and expansive walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Inside you'll find three large inspiring bedrooms, a large dining area for 6 guests, a gas fireplace and four large flat screen LED televisions. The entire back of the house is glass - revealing a resort-like poolside paradise. You'll find a gorgeous heated pool, large 6' gas fire pit, five burner gas barbecue, ping pong table and a wonderful covered hang-out lighted pavilion with an outdoor dining area and a comfortable lounge area.
The deluxe private master suite offers direct pool access, a cal king-sized bed, an extra large walk-in closet and a private sleek ensuite bath with dual vanities. The two guest rooms (one with a king bed, the other with two twin beds that can serve as a king upon request) share their own secluded walled-in patio/courtyard with stellar mountain views and a new sleek bathroom with dual vanities. These two bedrooms and bathroom can be closed off from the rest of the house allowing privacy. The master suite is on the opposite side of the house also allowing privacy. All of the sleeping quarters have large flat screen televisions.
This completely remodeled hi-tech home is gorgeous, well-appointed and captures the vibe and sophistication of the Southern California lifestyle. It sits on a quiet residential street in the desirable Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort, named by Golf Digest 'One of the Best Places to Play' for golf resorts. Other things to note
In the City of Palm Springs, Occupant must be at least 25 years of age or older. By continuing with this reservation, Occupant represents that they are older than 25 years of age and further warrants that other occupants are either over the age of 25, or are accompanied by an adult guardian.
NOISE: Palm Springs has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.
Pool Heating and Utilities: Our pricing includes an additional daily pool heating and house Air Conditioning fee. That is 10%/day, and you should expect these are both available during your stay. However because they are controlled remotely there is a possibility of a technical glitch, so we kindly ask that you please inform us if they are not working upon arrival. Pool heating is limited to 80F so that the equipment is not impacted by overuse. We are not responsible for non working pool heating and will work with you on any refund should that occur during your stay.
Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.

- Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
- Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- This is a private property and the host reserves right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Pet Policy: Dogs allowed (no cats allowed) on case by case basis, pet fee and pet deposit required ($150 pet fee + $250 pet deposit).
- Absolutely no parties or loud music.
Due to new stricter regulations in Palm Springs, now every guest who books a Vacation Rental in the city is required to receive the Good Neighbor Brochure and also have all guests in the party fill out and sign the Statement of Rules BEFORE having access to the property. In addition to that, we need a list of all guests' vehicles, including license plate numbers and also a copy of your Government ID. As the person booking this property, you are the main point of contact and person responsible for ensuring your guests comply with the house rules and City rules. Please send us the FIRST and LAST NAMES and EMAILS from every adult staying at the house. They will all receive and sign the documents digitally using DocuSign. The Statement MUST be returned to us as soon as possible. Just please be aware that we are NOT allowed to give anybody access to the home until we receive the statement with ALL signatures and the copy of your ID. We apologize for any inconvenience, however, the City of Palm Springs is not treating this lightly and everyone has to obey and adapt to the new scenario.
