Perfectly laid out with an open floor plan, this posh Palm Springs home blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Great spaces, both inside and out, for hanging with your entire group or sneaking away to curl up with a good book… or to get some much-needed alone time. The interior public areas feature indoor dining for eight, a new well-stocked kitchen, a swank living room with a large screen smart TV, decorative fireplace, bar and mountain views. All of the bathrooms have been completely remodeled to include quartz counter tops and beautiful natural stone surrounds. There are two master suites - each with a King bed and private bath with direct pool access. The two additional bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen) share a private courtyard with gorgeous mountain views.
The country club yard has both shaded and sun drenched areas with every amenity possible - a fire pit, ping pong, billiard table, gas barbecue and bar area, a round dining table for eight, a hammock and a spa. Pool Heating and Utilities: Our pricing includes an additional daily pool heating and house Air Conditioning fee. That is 10%/day, and you should expect these are both available during your stay. However because they are controlled remotely there is a possibility of a technical glitch, so we kindly ask that you please inform us if they are not working upon arrival. Pool heating is limited to 80d so that the equipment is not impacted by overuse. We are not responsible for non working pool heating and will work with you on any refund should that occur during your stay.
NOISE: Palm Springs has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.

A note about our cleaning and cleaning fees: When you book this property you are paying for a full cleaning following your departure. That also means you should expect a cleaned and prepared home prior to your arrival. Your cleaning fee however also covers other services, (depending on the street and city in which the home is located) but may include other items like outdoor areas, pools and/or hot tubs, laundry, wiping down of appliances and kitchen drawers and cabinets, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down windows, and generally what would be considered a complete house cleaning. Our fees are also paid in accordance with California wage and hour laws. We therefore have tax implications as do our cleaning vendors and as such our rates may be higher than what a person/private host may charge who does the work themselves and accepts payment under the table (and does not report earnings for tax purposes). Our cleaners also always show up and on time. We are paying them for that consistency as it means you should not ever walk into a home that has not been cleaned or cleaned poorly. We hope that helps add color on this portion of the reservation cost.
