The City of Rancho Mirage requires in-person check-ins. You'll have to coordinate your arrival with our local staff between the hours of 4-9pm.
The primary guest must be 30 years or older and be present at check-in.
Other things to note
In the City of Rancho Mirage, Occupant must be at least 30 years of age or older. By continuing with this reservation, Occupant represents that they are older than 30 years of age and further warrants that other occupants are either over the age of 30, or are accompanied by an adult guardian.
Pool Heating and Utilities: Our pricing for short term rentals (up to 30 nights) already includes pool heating and house Air Conditioning fee. However because they might be controlled remotely there is always a possibility of technical glitches, so we kindly ask that you please inform us if they are not working upon arrival.
Pool heating is limited to 82F so that the equipment is not impacted by overuse.
We are not responsible for non-working pool heating and will work with you on any refund should that occur during your stay.
*The pool is not heated during Summer months.
NOISE: Rancho Mirage has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.

Rancho Mirage House Rules
- Primary renter must be over the age of 30.
- Host requires a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- Guest won't be able to set the AC thermostat below 74F since this would damage the system.
- Pools are not heated during the Summer months.
- This is a private property and the host reserves right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Landscaping & Pool maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.
- Absolutely no parties or loud music. Minimum age of primary renter: 30 (Rancho Mirage Ordinance Requirement) Renter will be required to send us a photo of a valid ID
- Pet Policy: Only dogs allowed. No cats or any other animals. 1 medium-sized dog or 2 small ones is OK. Pet fee: $200 (non-refundable). Your pet has to be house trained and you have to clean after him/her.
City rules determine that no outside music can be played at any time of the day and night.
Renters are advised that Short Term Rental rules will be strictly enforced. As the person booking this property, you are the main point of contact and person responsible for ensuring your guests comply with the house rules and City rules. Failure to comply may result in citations, fines and/or expulsion from the rental property. If a citation is issued, fines range from $500 - $5,000 per violation.
The main sources of violations are:
-An excessive and unaccounted number of guests onsite
-An excessive number of cars
-Loud outdoor music (and this includes playing music from inside the home so you can hear it outside)
-Trash left outside and on sight
