We invite you to stay at this 1924 enchanted artist Hollywood bungalow. Walk to famed Hollywood Blvd just around the corner or be minutes from the world renowned Hollywood Bowl.

The space

This esteemed and immaculately appointed home, ideal for true design aficionados, has architecturally significant details throughout the house; the living space has vaulted wood beamed ceiling in the living room, mid century modern furniture out a magazine and a collection of art and decor unlike any other Vacation Home.

French leaded glass doors lead from the living room and back bedroom lead to a private expensive lush landscaped backyard; perfect for entertaining, and BBQ with friends. The modern and updated kitchen is equipped with custom cabinetry, stainless steel state of the art appliances, and many built-ins. Also, the house includes one parking spot on the driveway, situated on a corner lot on one of the better streets in Hollywood.

Other things to note
Home Truths:
In the back of the house there is a detached studio that may be occupied by the owner, by another airbnb guest or unoccupied. The studio has a separate private entry and you won't be sharing any spaces.
 

**Although the house can officially sleep 6, it’s cozy and better suited for a smaller group and also don’t forget that it can only fit 1 car on the driveway and street parking is not available.

Additional rules

Booking this property guest automatically agrees with these basic rules: 

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in. 

-This is a private property and the host reserves right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter. 

-Absolutely NO smoking of any kind (minimum $500 fee for deep cleaning) 

-No parties or events and no noise in outdoor areas after 10 PM.

-No additional guests not accounted in the original reservation.

-Fees occur for early check-ins and/or late check-outs - when they are available.

-No social media tags of the art.

-48 hours notice will be given for access to the yard (except the landscaper who regularly waters the plants in the front and back of the yard). 

-If a next door neighbor needs access to the yard for tree trimming, 48 hours will be given and a window of time will be provided in advance for access to the front or back yard of the property.

house is beautiful

The house is beautiful! And the closeness to the Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood Wall of Fame and the famous private Hollywood Stairs was incredible. The beds were super comfy and the patio in the garden felt like we were in a small town in Italy or France. We highly recommend staying here who is looking for a convenient, affordable, and comfy vacation home!

charming home which is so beautifully decorated

I arrived at the charming home which is so beautifully decorated and comfortable. The beds were divine. In the evening I enjoyed sitting under the stars in the private garden enjoying the summer breeze. The convenience of the property to my meetings in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills made it super easy to get to. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting LA

A delightful experience

A delightful experience to stay at this beautifully appointed residence. It is much better than the pictures. Its completely private and offers private parking. The beeds are too good to be true and u dont want to get out of them. The interior is done in a designer way and it seems like a fairy tale house. Loved the stay and all the amenities provided. The kitchen has ample utensils and supplies. This is one of the best ever stay. I feel lucky to find this place. The communication by the host was clear and detailed. We couldnt gind the iron and the host delivered a brand new iron the same within few hours. Thanks for making our trip memorable and exciting!
