WOW! Our house is centrally located in North Park. All of the restaurants, bars, and breweries in the neighborhood are easily walkable. There is also a grocery store just a couple of blocks away. Despite it's central location, the unit and neighborhood are quiet. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a spacious master bedroom and luxurious master bathroom.

We request that guests access the property through the garage when entering with all of their belongings so as to reduce the amount of disturbance to the owner of other units. We also ask that the guests enter and exit through the garage when entering/exiting the unit at night.

The unit is not suitable for guests who intend to party into the late hours on the property as it is part of a four unit complex. Any guests being overly disruptive to adjacent tenants will be asked to leave in accordance with Air BnB policies.

Interaction with guests

Our property is Air Concierge certified and they are the folks who will assist in bookings, on site needs, and any after hours requests when feasible. They are real human beings so we kindly ask that they be treated just the same as any home owner or other Airbnb host.

Other things to note

This is not a party house. Our neighbors are our friends and we are only interested in hosting folks that can respect our home, our house rules and our neighbors peace, quiet and enjoyment of our shared spaces and common areas.

A note about our cleaning and cleaning fees: When you book this property you are paying for a full cleaning following your departure. That also means you should expect a cleaned and prepared home prior to your arrival. Your cleaning fee however also covers other services, (depending on the street and city in which the home is located) but may include other items like outdoor areas, pools and/or hot tubs, laundry, wiping down of appliances and kitchen drawers and cabinets, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down windows, and generally what would be considered a complete house cleaning. Our fees are also paid in accordance with California wage and hour laws. We therefore have tax implications as do our cleaning vendors and as such our rates may be higher than what a person/private host may charge who does the work themselves and accepts payment under the table (and does not report earnings for tax purposes). Our cleaners also always show up and on time. We are paying them for that consistency as it means you should not ever walk into a home that has not been cleaned or cleaned poorly. We hope that helps add color on this portion of the reservation cost.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay with a small group or family. Had everything we needed and plenty of space, including a cute patio outside. There is no AC, so just be aware on the hotter sunny days. Awesome location to North Park festivities - an easy walk away. Would definitely stay here again!
