This sprawling California-style home features a new modern kitchen and sleek baths, a fabulous open concept layout and expansive walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Inside you'll find three large inspiring bedrooms, a large dining area for 6-8 guests, a gas fireplace and large flat screen LED televisions.

There are 2 ways to reach the expansive backyard - including 2 separate 8' sliders, revealing a resort-like poolside paradise. You'll find a gorgeous heated pool, large open gas firepit to sit around, gas barbecue, and a understated covered hang-out space for lounging, chatting or dining and a comfortable lounge area.

The deluxe private master suite offers direct pool access, a king-sized bed, an extra large walk-in closet and a private sleek ensuite bath with dual vanities. The two guest rooms (each with a queen bed) share their own new, sleek bathroom with vanities. These two bedrooms and bathroom can be closed off from the rest of the house allowing privacy. The master suite is on the opposite side of the house also allowing privacy.

This completely remodeled hi-tech home is gorgeous, well-appointed and captures the vibe and sophistication of the Southern California lifestyle. It sits on a quiet residential street in the desirable Desert Park Estates, just a short drive to the Escena Golf Club and Cimarron Golf Club.

This home is just 3 miles to the heart of the downtown Palm Springs strip of shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels, coffee shops and more on N. Palm Canyon Dr.

This home is also just 3.5 miles to the Palm Springs International Airport.

Our management team will be available for assistance via email. Before and during your stay, you will have access to our mobile-friendly guest site that contains check-in instructions, access instructions, amenity details, FAQs, and a reporting tool for maintenance requests.

The codes needed to enter the property are available 24 hours prior to check-in in our online guest site.

The TOT Tax is included in your accommodation rate and no other taxes are charged or collected after you have booked this property.

Other things to note

 PET POLICY: For these pet-friendly homes, there’s an additional $150 pet fee and a $250 refundable pet deposit. We allow dogs only, no cats. Those fees are not included in the price shown by Airbnb and will be added to the amount paid for accommodations after the reservation is confirmed. If pet was to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against us for actions triggering a violation of the City of Palm Springs will be deducted from the security deposit. Such examples can be found in our House Rules.

In the City of Palm Springs, Occupant must be at least 25 years of age or older. By continuing with this reservation, Occupant represents that they are older than 25 years of age and further warrants that other occupants are either over the age of 25, or are accompanied by an adult guardian.

NOISE: Palm Springs has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.

Pool Heating and Utilities: Our pricing includes an additional daily pool heating and house Air Conditioning fee. That is 10%/day, and you should expect these are both available during your stay. However because they are controlled remotely there is a possibility of a technical glitch, so we kindly ask that you please inform us if they are not working upon arrival. Pool heating is limited to 80F so that the equipment is not impacted by overuse. We are not responsible for non working pool heating and will work with you on any refund should that occur during your stay.

Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.

A note about our cleaning and cleaning fees: When you book this property you are paying for a full cleaning following your departure. That also means you should expect a cleaned and prepared home prior to your arrival. Your cleaning fee however also covers other services, (depending on the street and city in which the home is located) but may include other items like outdoor areas, pools and/or hot tubs, laundry, wiping down of appliances and kitchen drawers and cabinets, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down windows, and generally what would be considered a complete house cleaning. Our fees are also paid in accordance with California wage and hour laws. We therefore have tax implications as do our cleaning vendors and as such our rates may be higher than what a person/private host may charge who does the work themselves and accepts payment under the table (and does not report earnings for tax purposes). Our cleaners also always show up and on time. We are paying them for that consistency as it means you should not ever walk into a home that has not been cleaned or cleaned poorly. We hope that helps add color on this portion of the reservation cost.
