Important instructions regarding Cable & Streaming: Cable provider is YouTube cable, which is selected from the Apple TV main menu. All other services (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, etc) can also be selected from the Apple TV menu. These services are available to guests with accounts to the service providers. Guests are responsible for logging into service and logging out of their account at the end of their stay.

Important details regarding Stereo: A Denon stereo unit is provided for music listening. The unit includes an 1/8" stereo jack cable to plug into most phones and devices. Note: newer Iphones that don't have a normal headphone jack will require the adaptor.

Important: Portable A/C may be sufficient but for certain times of year and excessively hot days, this unit may not be considered similar to a central A/C system. Please only book this home if you can utilize both natural cross breeze and/or portable A/C. There are not refunds or credits due to heat/discomfort issues. We don't expect or suspect that will ever be a problem but we figure it is more important to share that here and now.

Important detail regarding "Parking": Parking for 2 small cars is provided. Car #1 parks adjacent to the entry steps on the driveway. The spot is narrow, but fits a small car (or larger car with expert parking skills). Car #2 noses in behind car #1 and can overhang into the street by about 18-24". This parking practice is common in the neighborhood.

Other things to note

Home truths:
-Guests should just be aware that traffic noise is audible in the house and rear yard.
-The master bedroom has 16' vaulted ceilings that are open to the living room ceiling. This loft stye ceiling is very beautiful and what makes the space unique, but guests should be aware that sound travels between the living room and master bedroom.
- House has an open loft which is not accessible to guests.
-AC is portable and will only be available during summer months (mid Jun - Labor Day)
