WOW! Our recently remodeled 4-bedroom, 3 bath home is centered between the Culver City Arts District and downtown Culver City. Dozens of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries are within walking distance – including Culver City’s newest plaza, The Platform, as well as the Helms Bakery Complex.

We offer concierge services as well.
This home also serves as a business accommodation for professional groups and companies.

Light and Bright Culver City Arts District Home

Our recently remodeled 4-bedroom, 3 bath home is centered between the Culver City Arts District and downtown Culver City. Dozens of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries are within walking distance – including Culver City’s newest plaza, The Platform, as well as the Helms Bakery Complex. Find yourself less than a half-mile walk to the newly finished metro train station, which can take you downtown or to the beach in Santa Monica in just 20 minutes.

This 1924 bungalow has been around since the heyday of Culver City screenland. Although recently remodeled in 2014, it has kept all the charm of the original. The upstairs features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms – designed with subway tile and a separate soaking tub in the master. The downstairs includes an office/library with pullout queen-size bed, an additional queen bedroom and a shared hallway bath. The original arched Spanish ceiling and decorative fireplace welcome you to an open living/dining/kitchen area. A built in bar/table seats 6. The spacious kitchen with Italian floor tiles has everything you need – including a washer/dryer in the mud room area. French doors lead to a large deck, comfy fireside sitting area and outside dining room. The backyard also includes a propane grill and fruit trees – lime, orange and Meyer Lemon.

Guest access

The entire home is private to the guest(s) that have booked the property. There are no shared spaces. This home is also utilized for corporate purposes and may work well for businesses with executives or teams coming to LA.

Other things to note

• Please only book our place if you can check out by 11am the day of your departure.
• We keep a pretty busy schedule and usually have someone checking in the same day. Housekeeping will be arriving at 11am to get the place ready for the next guest.
• Please do not ask to negotiate our prices as they are set on a daily basis and already take into account the fair market value of the home and its amenities.

**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm … for after these hours we may be available for emergency only and only then via airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.

A note about our cleaning and cleaning fees: When you book this property you are paying for a full cleaning following your departure. That also means you should expect a cleaned and prepared home prior to your arrival. Your cleaning fee however also covers other services, (depending on the street and city in which the home is located) but may include other items like outdoor areas, pools and/or hot tubs, laundry, wiping down of appliances and kitchen drawers and cabinets, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down windows, and generally what would be considered a complete house cleaning. Our fees are also paid in accordance with California wage and hour laws. We therefore have tax implications as do our cleaning vendors and as such our rates may be higher than what a person/private host may charge who does the work themselves and accepts payment under the table (and does not report earnings for tax purposes). Our cleaners also always show up and on time. We are paying them for that consistency as it means you should not ever walk into a home that has not been cleaned or cleaned poorly. We hope that helps add color on this portion of the reservation cost.
