PLEASE NOTE: In our house rules, we request that guests follow the trash pickup dates -- trash day for pickup is early Monday am - we therefore kindly ask our guests as a condition of renting our home to help us bring the black can (weekly) out to the curb on Sunday evening and back in Monday afternoon should their stay overlap. We realize that in most cases you're not taking out your trash - but we think of this as Paying it Forward since the guests after you will be doing the same thing. We actually will confirm this during the booking that this will work for you.
PLEASE NOTE: This home is located in a family neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting our home.
With the ocean view, the beach is just a 2 minute drive west.
Other things to note
The quiet and family orientated neighborhood makes your stay safe. Our streets are well lit for evening walks.
We are a strict no pet home; including therapy animals as they pose a significant health and safety risk to the homes owner/occupants.
For our neighbors well being, we require all guests to observe Quiet Hours from 9pm - 9am. Parties and/or Gatherings are not allowed at any time without our written approval.
- There is a dog across/diagonal that barks sometimes
- The hot water does take a while to warm up in the master shower.
- The master bedroom can get warm in the day as it’s on the top floor; with windows/slider open it cools at night.
