Two bedroom, two bath apartment walking distance to LACMA, restaurants, The Grove, and public transportation. Cook your own meals in the large, private kitchen, relax in comfy privacy with smart TV, wifi, back garden, record and book collection, large formal dining room, and laundry room. Over 1300 sq. ft. Parking spot & street parking permit (no charge). Both King and Queen beds have lux mattresses and bedding. The back garden is designed for enjoying our beautiful southern California evenings.

The space

Our building is a Spanish Revival duplex built in 1927. Much of the architectural detail has been preserved. The living room has a baby grand piano and a turntable. The formal dining room is decorated with vintage pottery and a photo book collection. The bedrooms have large French windows, hardwood floors, walk-in closets, and blackout curtains. The television is on a mobile cart and can be set up in any room. The kitchen has a vintage O'Keefe and Merritt gas stove and a sunny breakfast room. The record collection is curated by the owner who has been a vinyl guru for 40 years. Plenty of room for 4 adults.

You will have access to the entire apartment. The back garden and BBQ are yours to enjoy!

There is one parking spot available in front of the garage and one street parking permit will be provided. Remember to return it upon checkout.

Other things to note

Home Truths:
- On week days our neighborhood gets commuter traffic between 7:30- 9am and 4:30-7pm.
- While we are centrally located it does take some time to get to the west side, UCLA, and the beach towns. Traffic varies so plan accordingly.
- Our next door neighbors have a dog who barks occasionally. They also have an outside deck but are very polite about sound levels.
