Guest access

Private, separate entrance to guest house. Please note: as the property is on the hillside, handicap/wheel chair access is not available.
Also, there are stairs to come in and out of the guest house, which might not be suitable to some people to carry their bags up and down.

Other things to note

This home is in the very private and exclusive Hills. As such, respecting our very serious no smoking rules is critical.

NOISE ALERTS

HOUSE NOISES
We also have noises that can be heard at various times of the day. Homes in the hills are quite literally built into the sides of hills, meaning water flows downhill, electricity and plumbing may make noises as they are powered by the city into the structure. All of these are normal and come with the territory. Please check with us before booking if you need further insight on expectations here. There are no safety issues, just quirks of living in the 'hills'.

GUEST NOISE
As the owners work from home in close proximity, they have kindly asked that no large speakers or other amplification devices be brought or used. This includes speakers that may come with or be used in conjunction with portable projectors. iPhones, tablets, headphones, alarm clocks etc are of course welcome.
