Breezy, modern beach house situated in the heart of Sunset Cliffs. The timeless design includes open kitchen, family room, extremely private back yard with seating and dining area.

This exceptional home is flooded w/ light and offers seamless indoor/outdoor spaces for entertaining and relaxing.

We are approximately a 5 minute walk to the beach (sunset cliffs parking at 1120–1198)

This is not a party house. We keep a private security company doing rounds twice a day through all of our properties. Guests in breach of their contract / house rules / disrespecting neighbors will be evicted immediately, forfeiting their booking and security deposit. The house is equipped with security cameras monitoring the entrance and the backyard, as well as noiseaware sensors to avoid and notify us of any unauthorized events that would disturb the neighbors going against our house rules.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

- Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

- Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in

- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

- Landscaping/Gardener Schedule: Every Wednesday. We are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.
