Guest access
    The entire home is exclusive to you/your group. There are no shared spaces or other guests on site.

Hot Tub is hot for use from 7:30pm in the evening through the rest of the evening. Jets of Hot Tub are labeled and available on the left side wooden wall (if you are facing the Hot Tub) beside the hot tub. It is the third switch in the first panel of switches. Please kindly respect that the hot tub is not hot (but could be warm depending on time of day and time of year) or functional prior to this time.

-This is a private property and the host reserves right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

-Amenity limitations — The hot tub is only heated starting at 7:30pm and cannot be heated prior to that. Living room fireplace is not in working order and should be left off.

-Security camera/recording device — There are security cameras located on the exterior of the home for the safety of the house and its occupants. Audio monitoring devices are installed onsite to warn us before neighbors complain.

-VERY HIGH FIRE HAZARD ZONE. Smoking is strictly prohibited especially in all outdoor space.
