In the City of Palm Springs, Occupant must be at least 25 years of age or older. By continuing with this reservation, Occupant represents that they are older than 25 years of age and further warrants that other occupants are either over the age of 25, or are accompanied by an adult guardian.
NOISE: Palm Springs has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.
Pool Heating and Utilities: Our pricing already includes an additional daily pool heating and house Air Conditioning fee. That is 10%/day, and you should expect these are both available during your stay. However because they are controlled remotely there is a possibility of a technical glitch, so we kindly ask that you please inform us if they are not working upon arrival. Pool heating is limited to 80F so that the equipment is not impacted by overuse. We are not responsible for non working pool heating and will work with you on any refund should that occur during your stay.
Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
- Host requires a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- Guest won't be able to set the AC thermostat below 74 since this would damage the system.
- Pools are not heated during the Summer months.
- This is a private property and the host reserves right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Landscaping & Pool maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.
- Absolutely NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC.
- PET POLICY:
Only dogs allowed. No cats or any other animals.
1 medium-sized dog or 2 small ones is OK.
Pet fee (non-refundable) required to be paid before check-in.
Your pet has to be house trained and you have to clean after him/her.
If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
- Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
- Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
- Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
- Keep them on leash while outside the home.
- Always pick up after your dog.
- Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.
Due to new stricter regulations in Palm Springs, now every guest who books a Vacation Rental in the city is required to receive the Good Neighbor Brochure and also have all guests in the party fill out and sign the Statement of Rules BEFORE having access to the property. In addition to that, we need a list of all guests' vehicles, including license plate numbers and also a copy of your Government ID. As the person booking this property, you are the main point of contact and person responsible for ensuring your guests comply with the house rules and City rules. Please send us the FIRST and LAST NAMES and EMAILS from every adult staying at the house. They will all receive and sign the documents digitally using DocuSign. The Statement MUST be returned to us as soon as possible. Just please be aware that we are NOT allowed to give anybody access to the home until we receive the statement with ALL signatures and the copy of your ID. We apologize for any inconvenience, however, the City of Palm Springs is not treating this lightly and everyone has to obey and adapt to the new scenario.
