Bright and airy loft boasting 14-foot ceiling is waiting for you! This beautiful conveniently located loft features double height original casement windows with unobstructed views of Pershing Square and the city skyline beyond.

Perfect place to relax after a long day or home base while working in the center of what may be the US's most vibrant urban revitalization.

The spacious living room area has a projector TV and a daybed (couch that can be converted into a bed). Dining table can seat 4 and the open kitchen has stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), a Keurig coffeemaker and toaster.

The partitioned bedroom area has a Queen bed and TV with streaming service (Roku). The bedroom can be closed by sliding doors but it has an open ceiling (loft style). A in-unit combo washer dryer is available in the full bathroom.

The building complex features a rooftop swimming pool and spa with 360 views, community gym, and secured access lobby with 24-hour doorman.

This is a rare opportunity to stay moments from Pershing Square metro station, Grand Central Market, Starbucks and the best restaurants and nightlife in DTLA.

PARKING -- There is no parking in the building, but we recommend using the underground Pershing Square Garage across the street, underneath Pershing Square. Overnight parking starting at ~$25 -- very reasonable by DTLA standards -- and it's completely automated. Metered parking is also available during the day.

Other things to note

Please note: it is encouraged to research the Historic Core district of LA before coming to ensure you are comfortable with the area. As with similar urban areas in New York and downtown San Francisco, it is a gritty, bustling district populated with people from all walks of life including the homeless. If your top concern is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, do not stay here.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Please respect check-in and checkout times.

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

-Landscaping & Pool maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.

-Absolutely no parties or loud music.

-This is a NON-SMOKING property.

-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

-Amenity limitations — The bedroom can be closed by sliding doors but it has an open ceiling (loft style).

-No parking on property — Street parking only. Metered parking available or private lots nearby which charge parking fees.

-Potential for noise — Street noise. Downtown is LIVID.

-Some spaces are shared — Building communal amenities such as pool, spa and gym. We can't guarantee their availability and operations during your stay.

-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.

-Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock

-Nearby lake, river, other body of water
