If you want to be in the middle of the vibrant downtown scene, this is the place to stay. Lots of bars, restaurants and entertainment nearby. Right next to Metro station and Pershing Square, and close to Disney Concert Hall, Broad Museum and the Grand Central Market.
Located in the Historic Core, this gentrifying DTLA neighborhood is diverse and dynamic, with trendy bars and restaurants, as well as cheap shops and taquerias.

The spacious living room area has a projector TV and a daybed (couch that can be converted into a bed). Dining table can seat 4 and the open kitchen has stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), a Keurig coffeemaker and toaster.
The partitioned bedroom area has a Queen bed and TV with streaming service (Roku). The bedroom can be closed by sliding doors but it has an open ceiling (loft style). A in-unit combo washer dryer is available in the full bathroom.
The building complex features a rooftop swimming pool and spa with 360 views, community gym, and secured access lobby with 24-hour doorman.

This is a rare opportunity to stay moments from Pershing Square metro station, Grand Central Market, Starbucks and the best restaurants and nightlife in DTLA.
PARKING -- There is no parking in the building, but we recommend using the underground Pershing Square Garage across the street, underneath Pershing Square. Overnight parking is $20 -- very reasonable by DTLA standards -- and it's completely automated. Metered parking is also available.
Other things to note
Unfortunately, there are many homeless people and loiterers. It's an urban jungle! Please research the Historic Core before coming to ensure you are comfortable with the area. If neighborhood cleanliness, peacefulness, and safety is a top concern of yours, do not stay here!
This is in a bustling urban neighborhood similar to New York and downtown San Francisco. There is a moderate amount of street noise. So if you are sensitive it might be a better fit in a more quiet neighborhood.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
- Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in
- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
PET POLICY: For these pet-friendly homes, there’s an additional $100 pet fee (one dog or two small). Cats are not allowed anytime. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
