Splendidly but authentically redone with period features including leaded glass windows in the two spacious bedrooms/bathrooms and a sitting/reading room remodeled in exacting detail make up the lower level.

- Bedroom 2 is downstairs and has a Queen sized bed + a twin sofa bed in the attached reading room. Full bathroom en-suite.
- Bedroom 3/Office is on Main Floor and has a Queen bed. There is a half bathroom inside this bedroom so guests will have to use downstairs bathroom to shower.

**ATTENTION: Extra care and caution must be taken as the house is built on a steep hill and has stairs inside and outside the home. Please check the photos to make sure it is suitable for your needs.

Home truths:
-The neighbor two doors to right has 2 dogs that barks from time-to-time
-The lower level is generally cooler than main level
-The toilets in the guest and master baths take awhile to flush due to low water pressure. NO WIPES, only toilet paper in any toilet as the main sewer line is very old.

- NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy-free and should stay as such due to the owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to host's family members and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. You will not be allowed to check-in, your reservation will be canceled and a $500 damage fee will be assessed.
