Also, we have in southern California all sorts of critters, bugs, rodents, eg. Those come with the territory and we ask that you take all precautions to keep the house closed if you are not wanting them inside the home. Although they can find their way in and that too just comes with the territory. Please understand these are not pests that we can get rid off but we try our best to keep traps out to help with your comfort.For those seeking perfect silence or a truly pest free environment, this may not be the home for you. We're probably being a bit dramatic here, but just hoping to set expectations. We are unable to provide any refunds, discounts, credits or otherwise for any of these sorts of disturbances.
