The space

This single-story residence has 1,616 square feet of interior living space, including 3 bedroom, 2 baths, saltillo Mexican floor tile, recessed lighting and ceiling fans.
 

Open concept great room, with SmartTV, sliding door leading to the pool, and adjacent to the kitchen which boasts stainless steel double ovens, dishwasher, microwave and L-shaped prep/seating island.
 

Front bedrooms share the guest bath, with tub/shower combination. Two-room Master Retreat with en-suite bath including a large tub, vanity, glass-block enclosed shower and French doors leading to the rear/pool area.
 

Private pool with appealing large pot water descent, tanning shelf with umbrella inserts.
 

Guest access
  Parking for guests in driveway. Please do not block a neighbor's driveway. Additional vehicles are encouraged to park directly in front of the rental property.

Note that washer only works on cold/warm at the moment.
 

Pool is not heated.
 

Other things to note
  La Quinta has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.
 

Also rental properties should be kept clean with no visible trash. Please keep all trash containers out of street view.
 

The TOT Tax is included in your accommodation rate and no other tax are charged or collected after you have booked this property.

Additional rules

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

- Absolutely no parties or loud music. 

PET POLICY: For these pet-friendly homes, there’s an additional $200 pet fee (one dog or two small). Cats are not allowed anytime. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.  

PET ETIQUETTE: 

- Control their barking 

- if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone. 

- Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home). 

- Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors. 

- Keep them on leash while outside the home. 

- Always pick up after your dog. 

- Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.

The City of La Quinta asks for your full cooperation.  Renters are advised that Short Term Rental rules will be strictly enforced. Failure to comply may result in citations, fines and/or expulsion from the rental property. If a citation is issued, fines range from $500 - $5,000 per violation. Health & safety

Committed to enhanced cleaning protocol.

Security camera/recording device — There are security cameras located on the exterior of the home for the safety of the house and its occupants. Audio monitoring devices are installed onsite to warn us before neighbors complain.

Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock — Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk.

You must also acknowledge

Amenity limitations — Washer only works on cold/warm at the moment. Master bedroom AC doesn't get too cold but there is a ceiling fan.
