 The fully remodeled light and bright unit features a classic and modern flair. Boasts top of the line Viking stainless appliances with six-burner gas stove, blue stone marble countertops, hardwood floors, high ceilings with beautiful crown molding. Miele washer and dryer in the unit, central air and heating, WiFi and Smart TVs with Sling TV app (sports and news packages).

Living Room has a table with space for a laptop and a chair so you can work from home!

(we can't guarantee availability of building common areas such as the rooftop during your stay).

Other things to note

1 assigned parking spot in garage available. There is no guest parking in the building. Street parking is mostly inexistent and unavailable in Beverly Hills.

**Careful attention with parking garage height clearance. Tall cars or SUVs may not fit.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in. 

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

Security camera/recording device — There are cameras in all areas of the building (but not in the unit). All neighbors have a monitor in the kitchen to view common area activity.
