Stylish interiors with beautiful indoor/outdoor flow, immaculate pool, herb and succulent garden and built in BBQ. Great location, views towards downtown, close to everything that Silver Lake and Echo Park have to offer.
This beautiful luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house features 1,100 sqft and has everything you can wish for!
The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and a bathroom (shower only). The guest bedroom has a couch/day bed that can be replaced by a sofa bed upon request, and functions as an office by day and TV room by night - you can configure this as you like! Guest bathroom, located outside bedroom, has a shower as well. Each bedroom has beautiful french doors that open up to a beautiful yard/patio for relaxing or sunbathing.
While there are plenty of dining options within walking distance in Silver Lake and Echo Park, the space boosts a fully equipped European Miele kitchen and dining table for a nice home made meal.
Living Room offers a cozy space for some fresh coffee while reading a book. If you don't want to stay in, you can enjoy the swimming pool and BBQ!

The fireplace is not functional. There are remote controlled decorative electric candles in the fireplace for ambiance.
Other things to note
This is a completely newly renovated home, with newly polished floors, furniture, and we want to host guests that can take care of it and keep it in excellent condition until the owners return. For this reason we think the house is not suitable for pets or children/infants but we may consider under certain circumstances.
There is a very small chance that the back house may be occupied by the owners, if they return, for a short time once during your stay. If you have questions, please contact us.

Security camera/recording device — There are security cameras located on the exterior of the home for the safety of the house and its occupants. Audio monitoring devices are installed onsite to warn us before neighbors complain.
