The space
This beautiful luxury property features ~1,500 sqft home on a 8,000 sqft private property and has been created as a dream-like sanctuary.
Main House:
The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, impressive artwork and wood panelling with hidden shelves. The office functions moves from work by day to cozy TV room by night. In between is the shower bathroom featuring floor to ceiling penny tiles. Each room has french doors that open up to a beautiful yard/patio for private relaxing or sunbathing.
While there are plenty of dining options within walking distance in Silver Lake and Echo Park, the space boosts a fully equipped brand new European Miele kitchen and dining table for a nice home made meal.
Living Room offers a light-filled comfortable, open space with different seating and a chaise lounge. If you don’t want to stay in, you can choose between the front patio sofa or dining table, or make the most of the heated swimming pool and BBQ!

The bonus separate casita/rear house has also been remodeled and is generous in size. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath plus a kitchen, living room (with a sofa bed), sunroom and private deck. It’s perfect for other friends or family members, staff, or even as a separate office.
The front and rear houses are separated by stunning pool, designer garden and built in BBQ. The pool is heated through the cooler months for your enjoyment. There are lots of private areas throughout the property to escape and catch the sun or shade.
Guest access
Parking: 1 spot available in the driveway in front of the garage, providing level home access from laneway. Ample street parking is also available.
Garage is not accessible for guests. It's used as owner's storage. Please contact us if you wish to arrange alternate garage parking.
The master bathroom and wardrobe is locked as owner's storage.
Other things to note
This is a completely newly renovated home, with newly polished floors, furniture and artwork and we want to host guests that can take care of it and keep it in excellent condition until the owners return. For this reason we think the house is not suitable for pets or children/infants but we may consider under certain circumstances.
The gardeners and pool cleaner visit once a week, but there is no interaction required. The cost to clean and heat the pool (to reasonable limits) is included in the price.
The fireplace is not functional. There are remote controlled decorative electric candles in the fireplace for ambiance.
Please inquire before confirming your booking if you're not 100% sure about the space. The description below and the pictures were meant to describe it as much as possible, but if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask them.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times.
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

Security camera/recording device — There are security cameras located on the exterior of the home for the safety of the house and its occupants. Audio monitoring devices are installed onsite to warn us before neighbors complain. They do not record anything.
Must climb stairs — Lots of stairs to get to the front door, stairs to get to the pool area (the outdoor area has two levels).
