This home has been the owners sanctuary and they want it to be yours too. It was built with great love, care and attention to detail - the banister was sanded down from a lead pipe by a local artisan =)
Spacious Craftsman house with 1,985 sqft, 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 half bathrooms, private backyard, large kitchen and dining area, living room with TV and an office, makes this great for families or business travelers alike.
The house is very bright, the large and tall windows, provide the whole house with lots of natural light, you will enjoy being inside as much as outside!
This stunning contemporary craftsman was built with an extensive use of natural materials and high-end finishes and features great amenities:
*Kitchen has Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Viking range & stove/oven, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishes Utensils, some Pantry Items.
*Dining Table seats 6 comfortably.
*Living Room with TV + Apple TV (no cable services available).
*Indoor fireplace is decorative only (guests should not attempt to use it).
*Central Heating; no central AC but one portable AC is available in Master Bedroom (please, do not move it to another room).
*Washer and dryer in garage.
*Office room with office desk and chair (computer, laptop and printer shown in the photos are not available).
*Parking in driveway for 2 cars. Garage is not available to park, though you will access it use the laundry.
*Balcony with outdoor furniture.
*Backyard with seating area, Fire Pit and BBQ.
Other things to note
Please kindly remove shoes upon entering the house.
No central Air Conditioner but one portable AC is available in Master Bedroom (please, do not move it to another room).
The sofa bed in the 3rd bedroom turns into a Queen size bed.

No parties or events
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm Checkout: 11am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
Please note that by completing a reservation for this home, you agree to the following: Condition of Premises. As the renter and those in the rental party who are visiting and/or staying in the home (you and each of them each an "INDIVIDUAL") accepts the Premises “as is.” INDIVIDUAL shall assume all risk and responsibility for the actions of INDIVIDUAL on the Premises. INDIVIDUAL shall have insurance coverage to cover the activities at this location and for the purpose of the Agreement. Any insurance carried by host, owner or manager shall be noncontributing. Indemnification. INDIVIDUAL shall release, indemnify, defend, and save harmless host, owner, manager, and their respective trustees, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all claims, suits, actions, damages, or causes of action for any personal injury, loss of life or damage to property sustained by reason or as a result of the use of the Premises for which the Agreement is entered into and from and against any orders, judgments, or decrees which may be entered thereto, and from and against all costs, attorney’s fees, expenses, and liabilities incurred in or by reason of the defense for any such claim, suit or action and the investigation thereof. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to affect the rights, privileges, and immunities of owner, host, manager as are provided.
