The space
  This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has been newly remodeled with high-end finishes and offers an open floor-plan with a spacious living and dining area and should be your number 1 option for a home away from home!
 

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features gorgeous quartz counter tops with tiled backsplash, new cabinets and drawers with lots of storage, new appliances including a new stove and fridge. New dishwasher, microwave, dishes and cooking basics are available so you can prepare a delicious home made meal! You can enjoy your meal inside at the dining table for 4 or dine al fresco at the outdoor table for 6.
 

The great room features a grand decorative fireplace and sliding doors leading to both a front patio and a back patio area, perfect for entertaining. A SmartTV is available if you're more into staying inside.


The cabinet beneath the mountain mural turns into a desk if you need to work from home.
 

Outside, relax and enjoy the mountain views from the back patio and enjoy the quiet front patio that has a water feature.

Guest access
Parking for guests in driveway. Please do not block a neighbor's driveway. Additional vehicles are encouraged to park directly in front of the rental property.
 

Laundry with full washer and dryer is available for your convenience.
 

Garage is locked and not available for guests.
 

Fireplace is decorative only.
 

Other things to note
 La Quinta has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.
 

Also rental properties should be kept clean with no visible trash. Please keep all trash containers out of street view.
 

The TOT Tax is included in your accommodation rate and no other tax are charged or collected after you have booked this property.

Additional rules

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.  

-Please respect check-in and checkout times. 

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25. 

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in. 

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.  

- Absolutely no parties or loud music.  

The City of La Quinta asks for your full cooperation.  Renters are advised that Short Term Rental rules will be strictly enforced. Failure to comply may result in citations, fines and/or expulsion from the rental property. If a citation is issued, fines range from $500 - $5,000 per violation. Security camera/recording device — There are security cameras located on the exterior of the home for the safety of the house and its occupants. Audio monitoring (NoiseAware) devices are installed onsite to warn us before neighbors complain. They do not record anything.
