Street parking available. Generally available during the day but might have to walk a block or two to find a spot in the evening. Street cleaning on Thursdays and Fridays depending on the side of the street.

No parties or events
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

Amenity limitations — Bedrooms are a little cramped.
No parking on property — Both parkings spots will be taken through November, but will be available after early December. Street parking available. Generally available during the day but might have to walk a block or two to find a spot in the evening. Watch signs for street cleaning schedule.
Potential for noise — Neighbor has a dog that barks a lot, but with doors and windows closed you can't hear him.
Must climb stairs — Lots of stairs to get to the front door.
Security camera/recording device — There are security cameras located on the exterior of the home for the safety of the house and its occupants. Audio monitoring (NoiseAware) devices are installed onsite to warn us before neighbors complain. They do not record anything.
