**For the safety of our guests and staff we are following CDC’s protocols for sanitizing and disinfecting our properties and have included 24-hour gap between guests.
 

The epitome of what the perfect beach house should be, this home has been touched and cared for in every room. Recently renovated, we wanted it to be both modern and cozy and maintain the history of the house. We want it to be a home for us and our guests to enjoy for years to come!
 

This home sleeps 4 adults.
 

We love to sit outside in the yard at night with a fire going in the fire pit, drinking a glass of wine (or 2!) and looking up at the stars.  It's a wonderful house and enjoyable to stay because of the open concept and wrap around deck. We love that we can walk to the Harbor and to restaurants and cafes along the PCH. We also walk our dog down to Doheny State Beach.
 

Our home is close to the beach, the marina, shopping, cafes, restaurants all in walking distance. You’ll love our home because of the location, the neighborhood, the outdoors space. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

PARKING:
Spots available: 2
Location: 1-car garage. If the car is too big to fit in the garage or you have a 2nd car, you can park parallel to the garage door. Cannot park on sidewalk!
 

There is an outlet for EV charger in the garage (fast charger and regular plug).
 

Street Parking: Available. It's unrestricted parking but pay attention to signs for street cleaning days.
 

The quiet and family orientated neighborhood makes your stay safe. Our home and community is enclosed with protection for your kids and pets. Our streets are well lit for evening walks.

Additional rules

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.  

-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am 

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25. 

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in. 

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

Security camera/recording device — There are security cameras located on the exterior of the home for the safety of the house and its occupants. Audio monitoring (NoiseAware) devices are installed onsite to warn us before neighbors complain. They do not record anything.
    Heights without rails or protection — Outside stairs to get to backyard.

Must climb stairs — 2 floors house. Stairs inside and outside to get to backyard.
