Our home is a 1916 Craftsman house which has been lovingly decorated with a watchful eye towards maintaining its original character yet with a hip, artistic flair. It has a vintage feel that makes it very homey, warm, and welcoming. The owners love raising their children here and hope to welcome other families as well.

Only one car can park in the driveway. Second car can park on the street using the visitor's permit. Street sweeping on Monday and Tuesday mornings - move your car on these days.
2-hour limited parking for any cars parked on the street without a permit during the day. And no parking after 6pm for those without a permit.
Other things to note
This is not a fancy, modern Hollywood Hills house, but it is a home, and we want others to feel at home.
The property is 100% fenced in, so it is secure for dogs, and even smaller dogs although one might need to be especially mindful when the gardeners come as they will leave side gates open. There is a doggy door built into the back door - this door can be closed up at night, and this is advisable as there are sometimes coyotes in the area.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!
-Only dogs allowed, maximum of 2 small dogs (up to 40lbs)
-Dogs must be house trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture
-Pet fee: $150 non refundable
-Guests assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pets during the stay
-Absolutely NO cats allowed. STRICT. (owner allergic = health hazard)
-If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

-Amenity limitations — We have a tankless water heater, so sometimes it takes a few minutes for the hot water to warm up. Kids room has 1 small twin bed (72' Long 36' wide) - it is bigger than a toddler bed but smaller than a normal twin.
-Potential for noise — There is frequent helicopter noise at night which are LAPD helicopters for various reasons out of the control of local residents. Additionally, this is a big, busy city, so you will hear city life which includes sirens and car noise.
-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
-May encounter potentially dangerous animal — There are sometimes coyotes in the area
-Must climb stairs — 4 steps to get to front porch/front door and 3 steps to get to backyard.
