Come relax in this nature lovers gem! Enter through the private gated driveway and come home to your own private oasis, surrounded by beautiful trees and rich greenery.
As you enter the front door the expansive glass walls give you a bright and airy welcome. The spacious living room has views to the pool and spa (not heated). Passing through the dining room, the modern architecture visually pleases your eyes and leads you to the open and fully equipped kitchen, perfect to cook a homemade meal with the whole family.
As you walk through the house you appreciate the luscious scenery ahead in the outdoor yard. The expansive tiered deck with pool, spa, lounge chairs overlooking the canyon greenery leaves you in pure tranquility.
It's time to read a book by the fireplace in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a King bed, its own bathroom, and large walk-in closet and is enclosed in all glass for beautiful views.
There are two more bedrooms, both with Queen beds and they share a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to a bridge where you can enjoy beautiful garden views.
An added BONUS is the separate guest house with its own bathroom, kitchenette and a Full bed.
Sit on the patio and enjoy a glass of wine by the fire pit or use the BBQ and enjoy outdoor dining!

Please inquire before confirming your booking if you're not 100% sure about the space. The description and the pictures were meant to describe it as much as possible, but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask them.
Other things to note
Garage is not available for parking. Guests can park on driveway. It is gated and can easily fit 3-4 cars.
Guest House has 2 space heaters and no air conditioner but it's usually cool there amd we provide a floor fan.

Checkout: 11:00 AM
No parties or events
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in. -
This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
You must also acknowledge
*Must climb stairs — 3 floors home - lost of stairs inside the home and in the outdoor area (backyard/garden).
*Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
*Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock — Private pool in the backyard.
Nearby lake, river, other body of water — There is a pond in the backyard.
*Heights without rails or protection — The guest bedroom upstairs has access to a bridge that leads to a small garden.
*Amenity limitations — Pool heater isn’t working, so pool and jetted spa aren’t heated.
