Each bedroom is custom designed to the different Zodiac signs (Earth, Fire, Water, Air). Light our smudge stick when you arrive and cleanse the house energies. Re-align your chakras. Read your tarot. Meditate with the smell of incense. Study a new cosmic form from our extensive library or just turn on the stars projectors in the living/dining room.

Other things to note

Home Truths:

-Sprinklers are automatic and go off at 5AM, 5PM, and 9PM. Unfortunately, the grass does need constant water throughout the day due to the desert weather.

-Can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.

-When the wind is really high, you can hear it in the living room from the fireplace.

-The pool can go dirty very quickly at times due to desert weather. We'll do our best to get the pool company out there as soon as possible.

-The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.

-Please watch your step on cement patios.

-Please note that the Pool/main yard area is in FRONT yard. There is privacy trellis in the front and the street is very quiet but it is a brand new construction and plants are not fully grown so there is little privacy in the pool area.

-Ubers can take 20 minutes or more to call. Most food deliveries close at 9PM.

Pool Heating and Utilities:

-Pool heating is limited to 82F and Hot Tub is limited to 102F so that the equipment is not impacted by overuse. Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.

-Pool is not heated during the Summer months.

-Guests won't be able to set the AC thermostat below 74F since this would damage the system.

-House is not connected to a gas line so overusing the house heating and pool heating will drain the propane tank quickly and it can take up to 3 days to refill the tank.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Please respect check-in and checkout times: Check-in is 4pm and Checkout is 11am.

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

- Landscaping & Pool maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.

- Absolutely no parties or loud music.

You must also acknowledge

-Amenity limitations — House not connected to a gas line, overuse of home heating & pool heating will drain the propane tank quickly and it can take up to 3 days to refill it. Pool is not heated during the Summer months. The pool can go dirty very quickly due to desert weather.

-Potential for noise — When the wind is really high, you can hear it in the living room from the fireplace

-Must climb stairs — A few steps in the yard. Please watch your step on cement patios.

-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.

-Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock — Pool and hot tub in the front yard have no fence or security for kids.

Every guest who books a Vacation Rental in the Riverside County is required to receive the Good Neighbor Brochure and to execute a formal acknowledgement that he or she is legally responsible for all compliance by all guests of the short term rental to requirements of Ordinance No. 927. In addition to that, we need the name, address and copy of a valid government identification of responsible person.

As the person booking this property, you are the main point of contact and person responsible for ensuring your guests comply with the house rules and City rules. Please be advised that the County will fine renters without notice if they fail to comply with the local ordinance.

The main sources of violations are:

-An excessive and unaccounted number of guests onsite

-An excessive number of cars

-Loud outdoor music (and this includes playing music from inside the home so you can hear it outside)

-Trash left outside and on sight

We apologize for any inconvenience, however, the Riverside County is not treating this lightly and everyone has to obey and adapt to the scenario.

RIVERSIDE COUNTY GOOD NEIGHBORS BROCHURE FOR SHORT-TERM RENTALS:

Our communities consist of permanent and seasonal homeowners who enjoy living in a tranquil environment. Please read the below for an enjoyable stay.

Loud Music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated.

Renters are advised that the following rules will be strictly enforced:

NOISE:

Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 regulating noise includes quite hours between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM.

PARKING:

Renters and their guests should park in the rental garage, driveway or directly in front of the short-term rental property to avoid ticketing.

TRASH:

Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection.

DOGS:

All dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are unenclosed areas. Barking dogs often result in neighbors complaints.

Failure to comply with the above may result in citation, fines or expulsion from the rental property for the renter or their guests.

Refer to Riverside County Ordinance NO. 927 for details regarding short term rental. Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against us for actions triggering a violation of the Riverside County Ordinances No.927 and No.847 will be deducted from the security deposit.
