Description

The Yes Yes Yes House is a bespoke, resort-style home in the historic B-Bar-H Ranch area just north of Palm Springs. It was custom designed by an award-winning visual designer and his partner with a unique blend of mid-century, 70’s, and contemporary styles. Centrally located 15 minutes to downtown Palm Springs, 35 minutes to Pioneertown, and 45 minutes to Joshua Tree.

The space
Yes Yes Yes House is designed for a unique guest resort experience, with attention paid to every detail and corner of the home. It is designed to bring a smile to your face the moment you enter, and throughout every room of the property.
 

Entering through the front gate, you will find a fully enclosed and hedged front yard that features a desert garden and a unique wood-burning fire pit surrounded with beach style lido chairs. The front garden also features a mid-century style travel trailer that can be used as a lounge space or as the perfect stand-alone zoom room for work.
 

Entering the home you will find an explosion of color with designer wallpaper, vintage wallpaper, wall murals throughout the property, Sonos sound and Samsung Frame TVs in every room. The home features an eclectic mix of vintage and contemporary furnishings. Each guest room has its own unique look and feel.
 

The master bedroom, or Ranch Room, features a King bed, desk with chair, and seating area. The master walk-in closet features a "secret" Tiki bar, making the closet a one of a kind experience. The Desert Room and Oasis Room are the two guest rooms, each with their own unique design and guest experience. Each guest room has a desk and chair, enabling work-from-anywhere from any room. All bed linens are from Ace Hotel.
 

The backyard has been designed as the perfect desert getaway. The first thing you notice are the 4-foot tall custom designed marquee lights that spell out YES. The large saltwater pool features a Baja deck and hot tub. There is a large dining table with seating for 10. On the other end you will find an outdoor living area with seating for 10 centered around a gas powered fire pit.

We are dog-friendly! 2 dog beds (medium and large) are available, as well as bowls for food and water. Please check our Pet Policy under House Rules.

A note about the trailer in the front yard: the trailer is not available/cannot be used for sleeping or mobility/driving.

Other things to note
It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.
 

The pool can get dirty very quickly at times due to desert weather. We'll do our best to get the pool company out there as soon as possible.
 

The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.
 

Pool Heating and Utilities:
-Pool heating can be arranged in advance at an additional fee of $50/day (minimum charge of 4 days = $200).
-Pool heating, when hired, is limited to 82F and Hot Tub is limited to 102F so that the equipment is not impacted by overuse. Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.
-Pool is not heated during the Summer months.
-Guests won't be able to set the AC thermostat below 74F since this would damage the system.
-House is not connected to a gas line so overusing the house heating and pool heating will drain the propane tank quickly and it can take up to 3 days to refill the tank.
 

RIVERSIDE COUNTY GOOD NEIGHBORS BROCHURE FOR SHORT-TERM RENTALS:
 

Our communities consist of permanent and seasonal homeowners who enjoy living in a tranquil environment. Please read the below for an enjoyable stay.
 

Loud Music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated.
 

Renters are advised that the following rules will be strictly enforced:
 

NOISE:
Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 regulating noise includes quiet hours between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM.
 

PARKING:
Renters and their guests should park in the rental garage, driveway or directly in front of the short-term rental property to avoid ticketing.
 

TRASH:
Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection.
 

Failure to comply with the above may result in citation, fines or expulsion from the rental property for the renter or their guests.
 

Refer to Riverside County Ordinance No. 927 for details regarding short term rental. Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against us for actions triggering a violation of the Riverside County Ordinances No.927 and No.847 will be deducted from the security deposit.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible. 

-Please respect check-in and checkout times: Check-in is 4pm and Checkout is 11am. 

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25. 

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in. 

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter. 

-Landscaping & Pool maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed. 

-Absolutely no parties or loud music.

Pet Policy: 

-Only dogs allowed, maximum of 2 small dogs or one medium (up to 70lbs) 

-Dogs must be house trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture 

-Pet fee: $200 non refundable 

-Guests assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pets during the stay  

If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.  

Every guest who books a Vacation Rental in the Riverside County is required to receive the Good Neighbor Brochure and to execute a formal acknowledgement that he or she is legally responsible for all compliance by all guests of the short term rental to requirements of Ordinance No. 927. In addition to that, we need the name, address and copy of a valid government identification of responsible person.  As the person booking this property, you are the main point of contact and person responsible for ensuring your guests comply with the house rules and City rules. Please be advised that the County will fine renters without notice if they fail to comply with the local ordinance.  

The main sources of violations are: 

-An excessive and unaccounted number of guests onsite 

-An excessive number of cars 

-Loud outdoor music (and this includes playing music from inside the home so you can hear it outside) 

-Trash left outside and on sight  

We apologize for any inconvenience, however, the Riverside County is not treating this lightly and everyone has to obey and adapt to the scenario.

-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.

-Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock — Pool and hot tub have no fence or security for kids.
