The building has key amenities* including pool, gym and sauna and is located on a central bus line that takes you straight to the beach or to UCLA and Koreatown to the East. The beautiful Brentwood neighborhood is a short stroll away where there is access to dining, shopping and more!

Our chic and modern condo is just the home you are looking for! If you are looking for a central and beautiful environment easily walkable to Brentwood's best shops, restaurants and Farmer's Market, this is the perfect hideaway for you.
 

This 2-story loft-style 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was recently updated and has brand new furniture. It's a top-floor corner unit with tons of natural light and high ceilings. Prepare your food in the updated and fully equipped kitchen and enjoy it on the balcony.
 

One bedroom with Queen bed and a full bathroom on the lower level, and master bedroom and bathroom on the open mezzanine**. The master bedroom has abundance of natural light, a Queen bed and a work station with desk and chair.
 

**Please note that the master "mezzanine" bedroom is not a completely enclosed space due to the loft style of the unit.

Other things to note
   Home Truths:
   -Master bedroom is on mezzanine which is open towards the lower floor and has half-walls. BE CAREFUL, especially with kids on, the mezzanine. Kids should not be left unattended on the mezzanine floor.
   -There are stairs inside the unit to the open mezzanine (master bedroom).
   -The gym is open now, on a reservation basis.
   -The pool and sauna are not open and available to guests yet.
   -No doorbell system – people will need to be let in manually from the lobby.
   -It does get a bit hot in the summer, but AC works well.

**Please be courteous to the neighbors and obey quiet hours from 10pm-10am.
 

Please inquire before confirming your booking if you're not 100% sure about the space. The description and the pictures were meant to describe it as much as possible, but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask them.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.  

-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am 

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25. 

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in. 

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter. 

-Maintenance: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed. 

-Absolutely no parties or loud music.

This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!  Pet Policy: 

-One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime. 

-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture 

-$200 pet fee is required and non refundable 

-Guests assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.

If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

PET ETIQUETTE: 

-Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the condo alone. 

-Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the condo). 

-Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of those living in adjacent units and directly under you. 

-Keep them on leash while in the building. 

-Always pick up after your dog. 

-Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the condo. 

You must also acknowledge

-Amenity limitations — The gym is open now on a reservation basis. Callboxes don't work, you cannot buzz people in.

-Must climb stairs — Stairs inside the unit to the open mezzanine where master bedroom is located

-Some spaces are shared — This is part of an HOA community and you will have access to the building amenities such as gym. Please note that we can't guarantee the availability and operation of building amenities during your stay.

-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.

-Heights without rails or protection — Mezzanine floor is open towards to lower floor (half-walls). BE CAREFUL, especially with kids, on the mezzanine. Kids should not be left unattended on the mezzanine floor.
