The space

Every detail of this Desert Hot Springs home was carefully and meticulously designed by world-renowned architectural firm Bassenian Lagoni.

Very bright and spacious (1626 sqft) sleeps 6 comfortably. Open concept great room with TV, sliding door leading to the pool, and adjacent to fully equipped kitchen which boasts stainless steel stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and huge prep island with seating for 4 + dining table for 4.

The main bedroom has a Cal King bed and an en-suite bathroom, which includes a shower and expansive walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom; one has a King bed; other bedroom has a Queen bed and work/office space. We also have a Queen Air Mattress available for 2 extra guests. This home was built and decorated with attention to every detail.

Enjoy the pool and hot tub in the backyard or just sit outside and sip on a cup of coffee and appreciate the breathtaking views of the San Jacinto mountain range.

Home includes larger than standard two-car garage (with 60amp Tesla EV charger) and long driveway.

There is one TV in the living room with sound bar and subwoofer. Entertainment applications are available for Movie and TV Show streaming via TV. Record player available for music with bluetooth capabilities.

Dining table seats 4 and there are 4 counter stools available for additional seating in the kitchen island.

Temperature can be controlled through Nest thermostat but the AC tends to make the master bedroom much colder than the rest of the house. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans.

POOL & SPA FACILITIES:

*Pool is not heated in the Summer months

*In other months pool is not heated unless the renter has requested/hired pool heating in advance at additional cost

Pool and spa use heat pump and don't reach super high temperatures (78 for pool and 86 for spa). During colder months, they may not even reach those temperatures because it is too cold outside.

**Note about Work/Office station: the computer in the pictures is not available, just the desk and chair.

Other things to note

It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.

During colder months, the spa may not reach temperatures above 85 F degrees because it is too cold outside.

The pool can go dirty very quickly at times due to desert weather. We'll do our best to get the pool company out there as soon as possible.

The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.

Pool Heating and Utilities:

-Pool heating can be arranged in advance at an additional fee of $50/day (minimum charge of 4 days = $200).

-Pool and spa use heat pump and don't reach super high temperatures (78 for pool and 86 for spa). During colder months, they may not even reach those temperatures because it is too cold outside.

-Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.

-Pool is not heated during the Summer months.

-Guests won't be able to set the AC thermostat below 74F since this would damage the system.

-House is not connected to a gas line so overusing the house heating and pool heating will drain the propane tank quickly and it can take up to 3 days to refill the tank.

Our communities consist of permanent and seasonal homeowners who enjoy living in a tranquil environment. Please read the below for an enjoyable stay.

Loud Music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated.

Renters are advised that the following rules will be strictly enforced:

NOISE:

Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 regulating noise includes quiet hours between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM.

PARKING:

Renters and their guests should park in the rental garage, driveway or directly in front of the short-term rental property to avoid ticketing.

TRASH:

Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection.

Failure to comply with the above may result in citation, fines or expulsion from the rental property for the renter or their guests.

Refer to Riverside County Ordinance No. 927 for details regarding short term rental. Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against us for actions triggering a violation of the Riverside County Ordinances No.927 and No.847 will be deducted from the security deposit.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Please respect check-in and checkout times.

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

-Landscaping & Pool maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.

-Absolutely no parties or loud music.

-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

Every guest who books a Vacation Rental in the Riverside County is required to receive the Good Neighbor Brochure and to execute a formal acknowledgement that he or she is legally responsible for all compliance by all guests of the short term rental to requirements of Ordinance No. 927. In addition to that, we need the name, address and copy of a valid government identification of responsible person.

As the person booking this property, you are the main point of contact and person responsible for ensuring your guests comply with the house rules and City rules. Please be advised that the County will fine renters without notice if they fail to comply with the local ordinance.

The main sources of violations are:

-An excessive and unaccounted number of guests onsite

-An excessive number of cars

-Loud outdoor music (and this includes playing music from inside the home so you can hear it outside)

-Trash left outside and on sight

We apologize for any inconvenience, however, the Riverside County is not treating this lightly and everyone has to obey and adapt to the scenario.

-Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock — Pool and hot tub have no fence or security for kids.
