This 2 bedroom 1 bath mother-in-law apartment is located in the heart of Beacon Hill. Recently remodeled for soundproofing with fast WiFi gigabit internet. Conveniently located close to the I-5 on ramp and minutes away from I-90. Walk 10 minutes to the Beacon Hill light rail station or a few blocks to major bus lines. You will have the entire basement apartment to yourself with a private entrance.
The space
A separate entrance and deck lead you to a spacious living room with a beautiful, working wood burning fireplace. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and dishwasher, pots, pans, dinnerware, and silverware. Stackable washer and dryer in unit. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstands with usb ports for easy charging, a dresser, and two closets. The second room can be used as an office or second bedroom. A storage closet in the bathroom has bed linens, towels, iron, ironing board, vacuum, and other cleaning supplies.
Relax with peaceful views of fruit trees and greenery. Take a stroll in Jefferson Park just across the street and walk to popular Beacon Hill eateries.

Other things to note
Home Truths:
-This 2 bedroom is on the ground floor of the house and it has a separate entrance. The main house (upstairs unit) is rented separately so it may be occupied by another guest. You won't share spaces with anyone.
-The tile floors get chilly during cold months
-During warm months, let the water run for about a minute for hot water to come through
-The neighbors have four dogs so you may hear them barking from time to time.
- Only Street Parking available, mostly available and no restrictions.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed. -Absolutely no parties or loud music.
-This is a NON-SMOKING property.
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

-Potential for noise — From upstairs units and neighbor's dogs
-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
