The walls of sliding glass doors & patio provide an open feeling that's light a breezy. The keyhole shaped pool (HEATED & one of the largest in PS!) & the South PS location (1/2 block from Ace Hotel & minutes from downtown) make this a dream vacation destination to share with you!

The space

This ground level condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or seasonal retreat.

This space is perfect for up to 2 adults and 2 kids 12 and under. The city of Palm Springs limits the number of overnight adult guests to 2. Daytime guests limit is 6.

Guest access

Enjoy full access to all the Ocotillo Lodge offers: the Champagne cork-shaped pool, two large jacuzzis, Sunshine Bar (BYOB) by the pool with BBQ's, gym, and laundry facilities. BBQ on the patio, as well.

Oh, and we have pool floats for you to use, too!

POOL CLOSURE: Ocotillo Lodge Pool repair scheduled for the first week of May 2022. We anticipate the pool to be closed from Monday May 2nd, 2022 to Friday even Saturday May 6th or 7th, 2022.

Parking is not assigned. Feel free to park at the gate closest to your condo. Parking is limited to one (1) car per bedroom.

This unit is part of an HOA community, and you will have access to the community amenities such as hot tub, pool and fitness room. Please note that we cannot guarantee the community amenities availability and operation during your stay.

Other things to note

This is a NON-SMOKING property - no smoking or vaping inside or outside the unit.

Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against us for actions triggering a violation of the City of Palm Springs will be deducted from the security deposit. Such examples can be found in our House Rules.

In the City of Palm Springs, Occupant must be at least 25 years of age or older. By continuing with this reservation, Occupant represents that they are older than 25 years of age and further warrants that other occupants are either over the age of 25, or are accompanied by an adult guardian.

NOISE: Palm Springs has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.


NOISE: Please note that this is a residential community, and be courteous when entering and exiting the building. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, and sound carries through our courtyard style complex. To avoid noise violations being charged to your group, please keep your guests inside of the condo during the quiet hours. Keeping the windows and doors closed helps tremendously.

TRASH: If you need to take the trash out during your stay, the community trash bins are located on the west (mountain) side of the clubhouse.

POOL: The pool is in the central courtyard, and has posted hours of operation. Please comply with all pool rules, do not use the pool after the posted hours, and be courteous of neighbors in regards to noise level while you swim/sun. No glass is allowed at the pool.

PARKING: Parking is not assigned. Feel free to park at the gate closest to your condo.

SMOKING: All smoking, vaping, and use of e-cigarettes is prohibited in all Common Areas and Exclusive Use Common Areas in the Community (including but not limited to shared and exclusive use patios, pool, spa, Sunshine Bar, all walkway, parking lot surrounding the complex, etc.). “Smoking” includes, but is not limited to, any practice by which any substance (such as tobacco or cannabis) is burned for the purpose of inhaling its smoke. “Vaping” includes, but is not limited to, inhaling vaporized water, solvents, or other liquids to inhale tobacco, cannabis, or any other substance. “E-cigarette” includes, but is not limited to, any electronic device that vaporizes liquid nicotine, cannabis, or any other substance for inhalation. Any other smoking or similar activity which causes a nuisance or disrupts the quiet enjoyment of other Members or Occupants is also prohibited. Nothing in this Operating Rule A (11) shall pre-empt, limit, or affect any other Operating Rule.

The TOT Tax is included in your accommodation rate.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.


-Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside or outside the unit.

This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!

Pet Policy:

-One adult dog up to 25lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.

-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.

-Pet fee is required and non refundable: $200

-Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.

-Please do not let your dog go in the pool to avoid additional charges.

If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.


- Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.

- Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).

- Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.

- Keep them on leash while outside the home.

- Always pick up after your dog.

- Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.


Due to new stricter regulations in Palm Springs, now every guest who books a Vacation Rental in the city is required to receive the Good Neighbor Brochure and also have all guests in the party fill out and sign the Statement of Rules BEFORE having access to the property. In addition to that, we need a list of all guests' vehicles, including license plate numbers and also a copy of your Government ID.

As the person booking this property, you are the main point of contact and person responsible for ensuring your guests comply with the house rules and City rules. Please be advised that the City will fine renters in $500 per occurrence without notice if they fail to comply with the local ordinance.

The main sources of violations are:

-An excessive and unaccounted number of guests onsite

-An excessive number of cars

-Loud outdoor music (and this includes playing music from inside the home so you can hear it outside)

-Trash left outside and on sight

Please send us the FIRST and LAST NAMES and EMAILS from every adult staying at the house. They will all receive and sign the documents digitally using DocuSign.

Only registered guests as listed on the rental agreement should be on the premises. No additional guests or visitors allowed. 

*The current emergency orders in place supersede information in the Good Neighbor Brochure and the Rental Certificate regarding daytime guests.

The Statement MUST be returned to us as soon as possible. Just please be aware that we are NOT allowed to give anybody access to the home until we receive the statement with ALL signatures and the copy of your ID.

We apologize for any inconvenience, however, the City of Palm Springs is not treating this lightly and everyone has to obey and adapt to the new scenario.
