*1 spot available at the carport for a compact car (driveway and carport are very tight). Large Cars/SUVs won't fit - please let us know what is the size of your car so we can determine if it will fit or not.

*Street parking available with permit only (not provided). Without a permit, parking is limited to 2 hours from 7am-6pm. Beware of street parking restrictions to avoid ticketing. Please do not leave ANYTHING in your cars or make sure to lock your car. Even a jacket or an empty bag might look like it is disguising something of value. Unfortunately, the frequency of car break-ins has increased throughout the city.

Other things to note

Home Truths:

-Be very careful going up and down the stairs as it's hardwoods throughout!

-The third floor takes a couple minutes on the faucet to get hot water.

-Potential for noise: you can hear neighbors closing doors/going up and down the stairs but it's not terribly disturbing. There are some kids so in the summer they play outside and you can hear them. We think that's kind of the nature of living in a condensed neighborhood where everything is close and you will hear noise from time to time. Overall neighborhood is relatively quiet.

-It can be very windy in the area, for safety purpose, umbrella MUST be closed when not in use or when windy!

Please inquire before confirming your booking if you're not 100% sure about the space. The description and the pictures were meant to describe it as much as possible, but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask them.

By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined here as well as those denoted below.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Please respect check-in and checkout times.

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.

-Absolutely no parties or loud music.

-This is a NON-SMOKING property.

-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

-Must climb stairs — Townhouse, 3 floors. Hardwood stairs throughout, be careful!

-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.

-Heights without rails or protection — Rooftop deck
