Note: This property is close to the freeway so you will hear road noise constantly, especially when outside in the backyard.
The large master bedroom has king sized bed, en-suite bathroom, walk in closet and direct access to the backyard. The second bedroom is also downstairs, has 2 twins (trundle) and a full closet. Third bedroom is upstairs, has a queen sized bed, a dresser and a small cabinet for clothing storage. Second bathroom is downstairs in hallway. No bathroom upstairs.
A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes utensils and cooking basics, is available for your convenience.
After you finish preparing your meal you can choose to seat inside or dine al fresco on the patio! The back patio has a swing, outdoor heater, BBQ and dining table for 6.
Living room with SmartTV and fireplace for a cozy movie night with the family! Also, all 3 bedrooms have Smart TVs. No cable, streaming only.
-Washer and Dryer in garage.
-Heating (air forced) - no vents upstairs but since it is forced air heating, it heats pretty well upstairs.
-No air conditioner but ceiling fans are available in Living Room and in both downstairs bedrooms. We also provide floor fans for warmer days!
-Boogie Boards, Beach Towels -- the beach is just 1 mi away!
-Parking for 2 cars available - one (small/compact) in the garage and second in the driveway.
-Guests won't have access to the community amenities such as pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, etc.
Other things to note
The property is close to the freeway so you will hear road noise constantly, especially when outside in the backyard. If you're sensitive to noise do not book this home.
There is another townhome adjacent to yours so please be courteous to the neighbors and keep noise levels low.
There is no air conditioner in the house. Ceiling fans are available in living room, master bedroom and downstairs guest bedroom. We also provide floor fans.

Garage is very tight fit. Only small car can fit in the garage and only one car can park on the driveway.
Guests won't have access to the community amenities such as pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, etc.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times.
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
You must also acknowledge
- Amenity limitations — No air conditioner in the house only ceiling fans and floor fans. Note about heater: There are no vents upstairs but since it is forced air heating, it heats pretty well upstairs. Garage is very tight fit. Community amenities are not available due to Covid-19.
- Potential for noise — May hear noise from adjacent neighbors.
- Must climb stairs — 2-story townhome. 3rd bedroom is on second floor.
- Heights without rails or protection.
- Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
