French leaded glass doors lead from the living room and back bedroom lead to a private expensive lush landscaped backyard; perfect for entertaining, and BBQ with friends. The modern and updated kitchen is equipped with custom cabinetry, stainless steel state of the art appliances, and many built-ins. Also, the house includes High Speed Wi-Fi and one parking spot on the driveway, situated on a corner lot on one of the better streets in Hollywood.

Other things to note
In the back of the house there is a detached studio that is occupied full time long term. The studio has a separate private entry and you won't be sharing any spaces. Please do not disturb with any request regarding your stay.
**Although the house can sleep 6, it’s cozy and better suited for a smaller group and also don’t forget that it can only fit 1 car on the driveway and street parking is not available.
- NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy-free and should stay as such due to the owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to host's family members and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. You will not be allowed to check-in, your reservation will be canceled and a $1000 damage fee will be assessed.
***NOTE: There is a house under constructions in front of us and you will hear noise during daytime.

Booking this property guest automatically agrees with these basic rules:
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Absolutely NO smoking of any kind (minimum $500 fee for deep cleaning)
-No parties or events and no noise in outdoor areas after 10 PM.
-No additional guests not accounted in the original reservation.
-Fees occur for early check-ins and/or late check-outs - when they are available.
-No social media tags of the art.
-48 hours notice will be given for access to the yard (except the landscaper who regularly waters the plants in the front and back of the yard).
-If a next door neighbor needs access to the yard for tree trimming, 48 hours will be given and a window of time will be provided in advance for access to the front or back yard of the property.
You must also acknowledge
-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
-Potential for noise — There is a house under constructions in front of us and you will hear noise during daytime.
