Enjoy the ocean breeze with the french doors to the front yard open, or relax in the Large Master Suite upstairs with spa like bathroom. Stream a movie on the Living Room Smart TV or cook your family's favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Dine in one of the many restaurants, or dine al fresco on the front yard with BBQ Grill. There is always fun at the nearby 8mile beach, whether you are riding bikes down the beach path, taking a surf lesson, or walking down the iconic pier to enjoy the sunset. 1. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the house - The property is smoke free, and therefore any kind of smoking is not allowed inside the house nor on the patio.

2. No loud noise, music or parties - THIS IS A FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD AND IT IS CLOSE TO OUR NEIGHBORS. Be considerate of the neighborhood and your/our neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property, especially after 10 p.m. WANT TO PARTY? THIS IS NOT THE HOUSE FOR YOU.

3. Respect our neighbors - be friendly, courteous ,and treat your/our neighbors like you want to be treated. REFRAIN FROM FOUL LANGUAGE OUTSIDE THE HOME .

4. Please report damages immediately

5. Take out trash on trash day

6. Enjoy your stay! This just might be the most important rule ;-)

This is a completely newly updated home, with new furniture and we want to host guests that can take care of it and keep it in excellent condition until the owners return.

Please inquire before confirming your booking if you're not 100% sure about the space. The description and the pictures were meant to describe it as much as possible, but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask them.

Additional rules

By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined here as well as those denoted below.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.

-Absolutely no parties or loud music.

-This is a NON-SMOKING property.

This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!

Pet Policy:

-One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.

-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.

-$300 Pet fee is required and non refundable.

-Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.

-If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.


-Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.

-Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).

-Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.

-Keep them on leash while outside the home.

-Always pick up after your dog.

-Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.

*Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
