Built on the sand, right over top of Malibu’s Carbon Beach, this modern and stunning luxury villa is the epitome of the Malibu lifestyle.
Nicknamed “Billionaire’s Beach”, this stretch of coast is home to some of the most amazing architectural achievements in the country, and this private beach home is no exception. This classic beach home, is an upgraded private rental that is thoughtfully decorated with contemporary art, high end appliances, and designer furniture. The living spaces are open concept, flowing freely into each other from the balcony and in. In fact, the length of the living room offers both windows and access to the deck and into the sand, allowing you to see and enjoy the home from nearly all corners of the home.
With accommodations for eight, Carbon Beach is equipped for any occasion. Guests will be entertained by satellite television, YouTube TV, Wi-Fi. Outside on the balcony, relax in sun loungers while you enjoy your panoramic ocean view. Or, take a walk just beyond the deck and see what the water is like with your beachfront access. Later, when the sun has set, Carbons’ master bedroom has a queen sized bed, ensuite and tub with ocean views, waiting for you.
If you’d like to get out and enjoy more of Los Angeles County’s beautiful natural features, start with Topanga State Park, located in the mountains of Santa Monica. If you’ve got a golf enthusiast in the group, West Lake and Sherwood Golf Courses are a short drive from Carbon Beach, both are amazingly scenic courses. And of course, nearby cities Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and downtown Los Angeles are all packed with tourist attractions.
The entire home is available to guests with the exception of a few select closets that may be locked off for personal/private items of owners & staff.

Such examples may include but are not limited to doors that require more effort to open, windows that have a layer of salt film, and generally rusted metal throughout.

Please note this home is located on the sand / at the beach and by renting you agree that any issues due to the home's proximity to the sand/saltwater including but not limited to windows with a film layer, doors harder to open, metal that is corroded or rusted eg, is not eligible for a refund, credit, or cancellation without penalty.
- Primary renter must be over the age of 30.
- Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- This is a private property and the host reserves right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.
This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!
-One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.
-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.
-Pet fee is required and non refundable: $500
-Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.
-Please do not let your dog go in the pool or spa, when available, to avoid additional charges.
If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
- Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
- Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
- Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
- Keep them on leash while outside the home.
- Always pick up after your dog.
- Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.

-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
