This is great location to stay!
*5 min walk from Safeway, Trader Joe’s and PCC grocery stores.
*Popular Westman's Bagels is just a 5 min walk up the hill - there is almost always a line out the door.
*The 23rd and Union new development is also only 5 mins away and adding variety of new shops and restaurants.
*Capitol Hill is 1.8 miles away
*Pioneer Square is 2.0 miles away

Enjoy this brand new and spacious three-floor 2 bedroom/2 bath townhouse (1,400 sq. ft.) with high-quality appliances, TVs, automatic blinds, one designated parking spot and a deck area with fire pit and BBQ to enjoy and relax in good weather!

*1st floor (entry level) has Guest Bedroom and Guest Bathroom.
*2nd floor has Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room.
*3rd floor has the Master Suite with ensuite bathroom and balcony.

Note: Property sleeps 4 guests comfortably; 2 extra guests can sleep on the Full pullout bed in the entry of the home/foyer (tan leather couch; please check the photos). There is also a Queen size air mattress available by request.


**Please be respectful to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 9pm-9am.**

*Living room home theatre features 85" mounted TV with surround sound. Master bedroom also has a TV and there is a 3rd one in the foyer above the pull-out couch.
*Guests have to log into their streaming account. Please don't forget to log out at the end of your stay!
*Wireless Internet Service is provided throughout the unit.
*Games and Books are also available for more entertainment.

*Fully equipped kitchen for your convenience: Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker and Grinder, Toaster, Dishes Utensils

*Heating and Air Conditioning available (please note that Guest Bedroom has Heating only; NO Air Conditioning available on the 1st floor. 2nd and 3rd floor rooms have Heating and A/C).

1 designated parking space available in the courtyard. ONLY SUITABLE FOR COMPACT/SMALLER VEHICLES.

ATTENTION: the spots are very tight! We recommend backing into the parking spot for easiest in and out. Also, please park as close as possible to the planters/garden to leave as much space on the guests’ driver’s side to leave room for neighbors. This will require guests to let their passengers out of the passenger side before parking.

Street parking available but limited. Parking is limited to 4 hours from 7am-6pm on week days so you have to move the car every 4 hours.

Beware of street parking restrictions to avoid ticketing. Please do not leave ANYTHING in your cars or make sure to lock your car. Even a jacket or an empty bag might look like it is disguising something of value. Unfortunately, the frequency of car break-ins has increased throughout the city.

Other things to note

*Be very careful going up and down the stairs as it's hardwoods throughout!
*The third floor takes a couple minutes on the faucet to get hot water because it is an eco-friendly on demand system.

This is a NON-SMOKING community. Absolutely no smoking inside the property or outside of this community.

Please inquire before confirming your booking if you're not 100% sure about the space. The description and the pictures were meant to describe it as much as possible, but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask them.

By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined here as well as those denoted below.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Please respect check-in and checkout times.

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.

-Absolutely no parties or loud music.

-This is a NON-SMOKING community. Absolutely no smoking inside the property or outside of this community.

-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

-Please be courteous to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 10pm-10am.

You must also acknowledge

*Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.

*Heights without rails or protection — Rooftop deck and balcony

*Amenity limitations — Hot water is an on demand hot water heater and takes a few seconds to warm. Designated parking spot is only suitable for compact/smaller vehicles.

*Potential for noise

*Must climb stairs — Three-story townhouse (2 flights of wood stairs)
