Enjoy a delightful stay in our welcoming 3 bedroom home located in sunny San Diego. Equipped with washer, dryer, central heating, and air conditioning we guarantee you a comfortable stay. Take advantage of the two reserved parking spaces available in the driveway. Our home is located in a great location for you to discover San Diego the best way. We look forward to hosting you!

The space

This is a 1350 square foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. With 3 bedrooms for sleeping + Sofa bed in the Living Room, 7 people can sleep comfortably here.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed and ensuite bath. The 2 Guest Bedrooms have a Queen bed each and share a hallway guest bathroom. Guest Bedroom 1 has a desk, chair and printer if you need to work from home. Wireless Internet is available throughout the house.

You can stay inside and stream your favorite movie on the Family/Living Room TV or enjoy a glass or fine or family BBQ in the spacious backyard.

The driveway has space for two vehicles for off-street parking. You can also park on the street.

We are a stones throw from Mission Bay, many San Diego beaches (Pacific Beach / Mission Beach), 10-15 minutes to downtown, and SeaWorld. 15 minutes to San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. 20 minutes to La Jolla.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Please respect check-in and checkout times.

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.

-Absolutely no parties or loud music.

-This is a NON-SMOKING property.

-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
