This is a slice of West Coast heaven, planted smack in the middle of one of the most vibrant and fun communities in Los Angeles. Perfect place to unwind and recharge as you roam the city enjoying all the food, music, nightlife, museums, beaches, hiking, and sporting events it has to offer. Unit is adjacent to the community pool and hot tub, take advantage of easy access to relaxation!

Beautiful and recently remodeled, this townhome (end unit) features an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Step through the front door and walk into luxury living. Upon entering, you'll be taken back by the beautiful natural lighting exposing the gorgeous living room and dining area. Relax on the expansive couch, cozy up by the indoor fireplace, and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen featuring high end appliances, then gather around and enjoy a homemade meal.

Just up the stairs, you'll find the best nights sleep calling your name in the King bed in the Master Bedroom. For ultimate relaxation, soak in the master bathroom bathtub before counting your sheep. Have some work to get done? The guest bedroom features a Queen bed, along with a desk perfect for WFH.

As the unit is adjacent to the community pool and hot tub, enjoy easy access to some fun in the water. Hop in the hot tub after a workout in the community gym, which is available for guest!

The location doesn't get much better than this. Walking distance to SoHo House, Boa Steakhouse, Sunset Plaza and more.

Children Welcome but be careful since living room doors open to pool/spa area with no fence or protections. Unit is adjacent to the community pool and hot tub.

Parties, loud music, sounds or other disturbances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Our neighbors are full-time residence and while they are respectful of common renters, a party will be reported immediately. QUIET HOURS are between 10pm-10am.

ABSOLUTELY no smoking/vaping inside or outside the home.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Please respect check-in and checkout times.

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.

-Absolutely no parties or loud music.

-This is a NON-SMOKING property.

-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

You must also acknowledge

-Potential for noise — From adjacent unit and pool/hot tub area.

-Must climb stairs — 2 floors townhouse. Must climb stairs to access bedrooms. Must climb stairs to access building and parking.

-Some spaces are shared — This is part of an HOA community and you will have access to the community amenities such as hot tub, pool, sauna and gym. We can't guarantee the availability and operation of communal areas during your stay.

-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.

-Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock — Unit living room doors open up to the pool and hot tub area. Pool and hot tub do not have fence or protections.

-Nearby lake, river, other body of water — Unit living room doors open up to the pool and hot tub area. Pool and hot tub do not have fence or protections.
