The space

Kick back and relax in this spacious 1340 sqft newly built home in Desert Hot Springs. Stunning contemporary design and beautiful furnishings fit to meet the needs and standards of the whole family. Step inside and immediately be transcended by the open floor plan. Get cozy on the couch, or enjoy a meal by the table with the entire family.

Boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, we've got you covered! Our beautiful master bedroom, equipped with a king bed, ensuite master bathroom, and patio access. Our guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. One guest bedroom features a bunk bed, a child hideaway and retreat of their own. The other guest bedroom features a queen bed.

Cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Or grill up a meal using the BBQ Grill and lounge by the pool.

Prime location is an added bonus, especially easy access to Interstate 10. Shopping, movie theater, stadium, amusement parks, golf courses, bowling, water park, restaurants, and casinos.

PARKING:

Other things to note

The pool can go dirty very quickly at times due to desert weather. We'll do our best to get the pool company out there as soon as possible.

The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.

Pool Heating and Utilities:
*Pool heating can be arranged in advance at an additional fee of $50/day (minimum charge of $200).
*Pool heating, when hired, is limited to 82F so that the equipment is not impacted by overuse. Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.
*Pool is not heated during the Summer months (June-August) but it’s usually 80+ naturally.
*Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.
*Guests won’t be able to set the AC thermostat below 74F (cooling) since this would freeze and damage the system.
*Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.

CITY OF DESERT HOT SPRINGS GOOD NEIGHBOR RULES BROCHURE:

City staff patrols neighborhoods to enforce violations of property maintenance standards. Properties in violation may, but are not required to, receive a warning before fees or citations are issued. Citations may be issued to both property owners and tenants/guests.

NOISE: Be mindful about noise at all times, but especially between 8 pm and 8 am. Noise violations are enforced by the Police Department.

TRASH: Waste containers can be put out for collection up to 24 hours in advance, and must be put away, out of public view, no longer than 12 hours after pickup. Waste containers must be screened from public view by a fence, wall, or landscaping that conforms to zoning and building codes.

STREET PARKING: Vehicles parked on the street longer than 72 will be cited and towed. It is not legal to block any driveways or sidewalks with your vehicle.

ON YOUR PROPERTY PARKING: Vehicles cannot be parked on any landscaped areas, or unpaved surfaces. It is not legal to work on your vehicle in the driveway for longer than 72 hours. Restoration, dismantling, and major repair is prohibited. Recreational vehicles may only be parked at a residential property behind the front line of the house, on a paved surface and screened from view. Recreational vehicles may be temporarily stored in a driveway for 72 hours for loading and unloading purposes.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Please respect check-in and checkout times.

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

-The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

-Landscaping & Pool maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.

-Absolutely no parties or loud music.

-This is a NON-SMOKING property.

-This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!

PET POLICY:

-One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.

-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.

-Pet fee is required and non refundable

-Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.

-Please do not let your dog go in the pool to avoid additional charges.

-If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

PET ETIQUETTE:

-Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.

-Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).

-Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.

-Keep them on leash while outside the home.

-Always pick up after your dog.

-Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.

-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
