This home is in Clairemont and is close to restaurants, shopping, and bustling downtown San Diego. It is also only a short drive to the beach and main freeways. Go outside or simply unwind with family and friends while enjoying the sun poolside in the roomy and secluded backyard.

This home is equipped to host 6 guests, perfect for a family looking to enjoy the great San Diego weather! You will find this home a great place to return to after adventures and excursions. Just minutes from Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Mission Bay, SeaWorld, Zoo and Downtown.

Step inside and immediately be swept away into this beach style vacation home. Relax on the couch and enjoy family movie night with the Smart TV equipped with Roku. Utilize the fully equipped kitchen to cook dinner for your vacation buddies and enjoy your meal in multiple dining areas throughout the space.

Lounge by the pool and soak up some San Diego sun. Laugh and tell stories by the fire pit at night while enjoying a large private patio with outdoor seating and dining areas available.

Please note the home is by main street so you should expect noise, especially if the windows are open.

PARKING:

*Street parking is available on either side of the street, please watch for street signs stating any parking restrictions in the area.

NOTE: This house is just on the corner so getting out of driveway can be somehow difficult - you have to wait for cars waiting on the traffic light to go first in order to get out. Also, be careful with bikers when getting out of the driveway.

*Pool is also older so bottom surface has scuffs.
*When using either restroom, please be mindful to only flush toilet paper because other materials/products (including wipes!), may cause backups.

Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Our neighbors are full-time residents and while they are respectful of common renters, a party will be reported immediately. QUIET HOURS are between 9pm-9am.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Please respect check-in and checkout times.

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

-The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

-Landscaping & Pool maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.

-Absolutely no parties or loud music.

-This is a NON-SMOKING property.

-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

-Potential for noise — The property is by main street so expect noise especially if windows are open.

-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.

-Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock

-Nearby lake, river, other body of water

-Heights without rails or protection — Backyard has two levels
