About this space

For those who want to do it all, but don't want to be in the middle of the action. Our 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home is located in a residential neighborhood right on the edge of it all. Walking distance to a variety of popular bars and restaurants, and a short drive to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, and downtown.

Escape to the backyard for your own slice of paradise. Soak in the hot tub and feel all your worries slip away. Loose track of time when you cozy up by the chimenea with a good book.

The space

Our home is ready to host you and your entire family during your next vacation. Located only 10-15minutes from Sea World, San Diego Zoo, and Downtown. Enjoy easy access to all that Southern California has to offer, only about a five minute drive to multiple major freeways.

Cooking on vacation doesn't always have to feel like a chore, our kitchen is fully equipped with an assortment of appliances and utensils to meet your needs. With an open floor plan, family time isn't limited to just one area of the home. Goof around in the kitchen, enjoy a snack at the dining table, or lounge on the couch. Relaxation and play all within one room!

Bring the entire family (including your dog, we are Dog Friendly!) on your next getaway. Our home is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms so that you may enjoy San Diego without losing sleep over dad's loud snoring.

ENTERTAINMENT:
*3 Smart TVs in the Living Room, Bedroom #1, and Patio with Amazon Fire Stick where you can access Netflix, HBO+, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, etc. Guests have to log into their streaming account. Please don’t forget to log out from your account at the end of your stay
*Wireless Internet Service is provided throughout the home

KITCHEN AND DINING:
*Fully equipped kitchen for your convenience with Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishes Utensils
*Kitchen table expands to seat six people (or more), and we have extra chairs in the garage. Kitchen counter has 4 stools.

*Central Heating controlled by Thermostat
*No A/C but ceiling fan in Bedroom #1 and #2, and portable fans are also available
*Washer and Dryer on site available for your convenience

We have a Koi POND in the backyard. It is not designed for use by people or pets. Watch your children and pets closely and do not leave children and pets unsupervised near the pond.

Attention! We have a POND in the backyard. It is not designed for use by people or pets. Watch your children and pets closely and do not leave children and pets unsupervised near the pond.

The hot water heater is in the garage, it takes a while for the water inside to get hot.

The water pipes can be loud in the bedrooms if you're sleeping and someone is showering.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

-The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

-Landscaping & Hot Tub maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.

-Absolutely no parties or loud music.

-This is a NON-SMOKING property.

-This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!

PET POLICY:

-One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.

-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.

-Pet fee is required and non refundable

-Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.

-Please do not let your unattended in the backyard.

-If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

PET ETIQUETTE:

-Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.

-Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).

-Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.

-Keep them on leash while outside the home.

-Always pick up after your dog.

-Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.

You must also acknowledge

-Amenity limitations — The hot water heater is in the garage, it takes a while for the water inside to get hot. No Air Conditioning.

-No parking on property — Street Parking only. Garage is not available for guests use.

-Potential for noise — The water pipes can be loud in the bedrooms if you're sleeping and someone is showering.

-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.

-Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock

-Nearby lake, river, other body of water — We have a pond in the backyard. It is not designed for use by people or pets. Watch your children and pets closely and do not leave children and pets unsupervised near the pond.
