Prime relaxation can be found in the living room, the indoor oasis. Curl up on the couch with a good book, you're guaranteed to lose track of time as you drift into paradise.

Meal time can be a daily hassle at home, but it doesn't have to be when you're on vacation. We've got you covered with a kitchen equipped with all you could need, as well as a BBQ grill outside. Not interested in cooking? Not a problem, we are near a variety of restaurants and bars sure to quench the hunger.

The whole family will be begging to come back before you've even left. With two bunk beds, our home is the perfect place for family of all ages.

*Over 130 golf courses in the Coachella Valley. Our favorites include Escena, PGA West Mountain Course, Desert Willow, and Desert Spring all within 15-25 minutes away.
*Palm Desert El Paseo Shopping District is just a 17-minute drive.
*Hiking for all ages within a 30-minute drive, but for the adventurous the San Jacinto Summit Trail offers the best views of the valley.
*Joshua Tree National Park is only 50 mins away.
*The Indian Wells Tennis Garden is only 5 mins away. Be sure to swing by for any of the big professional events that are hosted there.
*La Quinta is just 18 minutes away.

Other things to note

The home is near Bermuda Dunes Airport which is an airport for small private planes (no commercial jets) and probably like 4-5 per weekend max. Usually, there is no noise but we wanted to share with you in case you hear something.

The pool can get dirty very quickly at times due to desert weather. We'll do our best to get the pool company out there as soon as possible. This home is in the Desert and with that comes unexpected and quick shifting weather with wind storms happening often. Please understand and expect to see possible debris in the yard and pool at times. If that becomes an issue, please contact us and we'll try to get our vendors out to the property for maintenance as soon as they are available.

The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.

Cleaning supplies can be in places that are easily accessed by children. Please take caution.

Pool Heating and Utilities:
*Pool heating can be arranged in advance at an additional fee of $50/day (minimum charge of $200).
*Pool heating, when hired, is limited to 82F so that the equipment is not impacted by overuse. Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.
*Pool is not heated during the Summer months (June-August) but it’s usually 80+ naturally.
*Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.
*Guests won’t be able to set the AC thermostat below 74F (cooling) since this would freeze and damage the system.


Our communities consist of permanent and seasonal homeowners who enjoy living in a tranquil environment. Please read the below for an enjoyable stay.

Loud Music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated.

Renters are advised that the following rules will be strictly enforced:

Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 regulating noise includes quiet hours between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM.

Renters and their guests should park in the rental garage, driveway or directly in front of the short-term rental property to avoid ticketing.

Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection.

Failure to comply with the above may result in citation, fines or expulsion from the rental property for the renter or their guests.

Refer to Riverside County Ordinance No. 927 for details regarding short term rental. Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against us for actions triggering a violation of the Riverside County Ordinances No.927 and No.847 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Prior to occupancy, operators/hosts of Short Term Rentals in the Riverside County are required to:

1) Obtain the name, address and copy of a valid government identification of responsible person/main renter;

2) Provide a copy of the Good Neighbor Brochure to all renters;

3) Require the responsible person to execute a formal acknowledgement that he or she is legally responsible for all compliance by all guests of the short term rental to requirements of Ordinance No. 927;

4) Maintain the information required herein, including copies of the notices provided, for a period of three (3) years and make it available upon request by any officer of the County responsible for enforcement of any provision of this ordinance or any other applicable law, rule or regulation pertaining to the use and occupancy of the
short term rental."

You must also acknowledge:
A) Guests shall comply with Riverside County Ordinance no. 847 Regulating Noise, including quiet hours between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM."
B) Trash and refuse shall not be left stored within public view, except in proper containers for collection by County's authorized waste hauler."

Renter will have to email us providing copy of the documents and acknowledgement of information aforementioned.

As the person booking this property, you are the main point of contact and person responsible for ensuring your guests comply with the house rules and City rules. Please be advised that the County will fine renters without notice if they fail to comply with the local ordinance.

The main sources of violations are:
-An excessive and unaccounted number of guests onsite
-An excessive number of cars
-Loud outdoor music (and this includes playing music from inside the home so you can hear it outside)
-Trash left outside and on sight

We apologize for any inconvenience, however, the Riverside County is not treating this lightly and everyone has to obey and adapt to the scenario.

By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined here as well as those denoted below.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

-The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

-Landscaping & Pool maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.

-Absolutely no parties or loud music.

-This is a NON-SMOKING property.

-This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!


-One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.

-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.

-Pet fee is required and non refundable

-Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.

-Please do not let your dog go in the pool to avoid additional charges.

-If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.


-Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.

-Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).

-Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.

-Keep them on leash while outside the home.

-Always pick up after your dog.

-Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.

You must also acknowledge

-Potential for noise — The home is near Bermuda Dunes Airport which is an airport for small private planes, no commercial jets (and probably like 4-5 per weekend max). Usually, there is no noise but we wanted to share with you in case you hear something.

-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints. There is a security camera outside pointing to the pool equipment and there is a camera pointing to the driveway.

-Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock

-Nearby lake, river, other body of water

-Must climb stairs — One step inside the home from the front door to get to the living room and kitchen area.
