The space

Luxury Complex on Huntington Beach - walk to the beach or Main Street in minutes. Enjoy the facilities we offer on site - including a private pool just steps to the beach. Enjoy our newly remodeled home.

**The pool is a community amenity and we can't guarantee its availability and operation during your stay.

Guest access

What we love most is the short walk to the beach. Wake up early in the morning and give surfing a try, or enjoy the sun in the afternoon.

Location wise it is perfect - short walk to Main Street or the Pier, and a quick drive to movie theaters or shopping malls, famous restaurants and boardwalks with farmers markets.

Top floor unit with 1 car underground parking garage + guest parking.

Other things to note

We do not provide washer/dryer in our unit - that is available on site however in a coin operated space - specific to our complex. There are over 10 machines.

Air conditioner is NOT central. We have 3 portable A/C installed in the property - 1 downstairs in the living room and 2 upstairs (1 in each bedroom).

The quiet and family orientated complex makes your stay safe. Our home and community is enclosed with protection for your kids. Our streets are well lit for evening walks.

We do respectfully request that noise be kept to a minimum and any notification by building management or neighbors could result in immediate termination of the agreement and loss of use of the space.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

- Check-in time: 4PM-10PM

- Checkout time: 11AM

- Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

- Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

-Pet(s) live on property

-Amenity limitations — A/C is not central. We have 3 portable A/C installed in the property - 1 downstairs in the living room and 2 upstairs (1 in each bedroom). We do not provide washer/dryer in our unit - that is available on site however in a coin operated space - specific to our complex.

-Potential for noise

-Must climb stairs — Unit is 2 floors above garage.

-Some spaces are shared — This is part of an HOA community and you will have access to the community amenities such as pool, BBQ, Washer and Dryer.

-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.

-Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock

-Nearby lake, river, other body of water

-Heights without rails or protection

-Climbing or play structure
