Bright and open condo features 1 bedroom with a queen bed. There is second queen bed in the unit located in the bonus space. Comfortably sleeps 4. Please note: bonus space does not have a door.

Enjoy updated appliances and a kitchen stocked with the basic necessities, large walk-in closet, 1-1/2 baths, stacked washer and dryer in unit, desk and chair for WFH, and one parking space in secured garage.

PARKING:
*One assigned parking space in garage. (Garage clicker is required for parking garage entry. Parking spot is tight and not advisable for oversized vehicles.

GARAGE RULES
*Guests using the parking garage must wait for the garage gate to fully close after entering and leaving. Cameras are in use to watch for adherence to this rule. This rule is for everyone’s safety and keeps uninvited/unwelcome individuals from entering the garage
*Garage speed limit is 10 MPH.
*Parking is allowed only in assigned space
*Fines will be assessed by the building for failure to follow these rules. Renter is
responsible to pay any fines and will have credit card charged.

PLEASE NOTE
*Your beautiful waterfront apartment is part of an HOA/condominium community
*The building management requires renters to (digitally) sign a rental agreement prior to check-in.
*For security of the building residents and renters, the building management requires proof of identification prior to check-in
*Renters are required to check in and pick up unit keys from the building concierge
*After checking in, the building concierge is primarily available to the condominium residents and not renters. It is not like a hotel. Any problems with the unit (WiFi, TV, etc.) must be addressed through Air Concierge. The front desk concierge is not available for storing bags, giving directions, offering restaurant recommendations, etc.
*Out of respect for building residents and other rental guests, loud noises of any kind (parties, music, jumping, loud conversations on the patio) are not allowed and will result in a fine.

*Currently there is significant construction happening in the area of the building.
*Unit is west facing and will warm quickly in the afternoon during the summer months.
*Building is located near underground train tracks.

-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in needs to be in-person and between 4-9pm.
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25

-HOA of the Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.
-Absolutely no parties or loud music.
-Absolutely NO Smoking of ANY substance on property, inside and out on the patio. No warning required for a fine.
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

ATTENTION: PARKING & GARAGE RULES
Please follow the rules below so you don’t get a fine!
1. Every resident must wait for the garage door to close after entering or leaving. This includes motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians entering/exiting through the garage door. If two or more vehicles are leaving in immediate succession, the last out is responsible for waiting. If two or more vehicles are entering in immediate succession, the first must allow the door to close to assure the second vehicle has a garage remote. If two vehicles are entering and leaving at the same time, the entering vehicle must wait. (No warning required for fine.)

2. Speed limit in the garage is 10 miles per hour. (No warning required for fine.)

***IMPORTANT** - Upon receipt of a notice of a rule violation, the renter responsible for the violation will have to pay for the fine and agrees to have us charge your credit card for the fine imposed by the building HOA.

You must also acknowledge

-Amenity limitations — Your apartment is part of an HOA community. Building amenities are available for residents but not for renters.

-Potential for noise — May hear some traffic noise, construction noise. Sometimes you can hear train noise.

-Some spaces are shared — Your apartment is part of an HOA community. Building amenities are available for residents but not for renters.

-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.

-Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock — Building has a hot tub but it is not available for renters, only for residents.
