The space

Welcome to Redwood City! Look no further, because this is the perfect spot if you are looking for a cozy and quiet home base within walking distance of Downtown (about a mile). With an open floor plan, enjoy a few areas of the home without having to ever leave the room. Relax on the couch and enjoy family movie night.

The dining area is the perfect place to enjoy family game night, or retell your favorite memories from the days activities while enjoying dinner. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to prepare dinner, or utilize the BBQ grill.

Featuring three bedrooms, all of which have Queen beds, and two full bathrooms this is the perfect home for the entire family to explore Redwood City from for a while.

This home is great spot for families and business travelers who desire the feel of a home while they stay. There's a commuter train nearby and access to both San Francisco and Palo Alto is good via car. There's also a lot of bicycling opportunities and hiking in the surrounding areas as it's juxtaposed in between the Santa Cruz Mountain Ranges.

This craftsman style home was built in 1941. It has the original floor heater, which will heat the home, but those wanting 75F temperature all the time will be challenged Dec-Feb. There are space heaters in the bedrooms for guest convenience. Typically, we turn on the heat in November and then turn it off mid-March.

There is an attic fan which keeps the 2nd floor cool during the summer. There is also a vented skylight in the stairwell.

The train tracks are about 1 and a half blocks away

The neighbor has a dog that barks when playing outside during the day.

By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined here as well as those denoted below.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

-The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.

-Absolutely no parties or loud music.

-This is a NON-SMOKING property.

-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation canceled immediately.

-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
